The colder the liquid, the longer it takes to get it to dissolve. Regardless, I can tell when I forget to use it. Just remember, creatine causes your body to make protein so don't take this with protein powder/drinks because it will impede your body's ability absorption of the creatine (got that point from my same friend).

It's true that it's unflavored as I can't taste it at all, so I opted to simply dump a scoop into my mouth and chase it down with water. I did this because it's a little difficult to dissolve it all fully when it's in a drink. When it comes to feeling the effects, I have noticed that my soreness has not lasted as long as before.
