Therasage Thera Tri-Light Panel

Really loved this purchase at first but after having for about 16 months ago it began flickering and then stopped working entirely. When I contacted customer support, I wasn’t expecting a full refund or replacement, but I did hope for a more supportive resolution given the product was only about a year and a half old. Unfortunately, I was told it was out of warranty and was offered a 25% discount on a new unit. That response didn’t feel aligned with the quality or longevity I expected from a product at that price point.

This company sells fake Red Light Therapy products as far as I can tell. We bought the sauna with the red andNIR panels because of the sales pitch about quality. $1200 plus at the time. Yesterday I used a newly acquired tester, and discovered that the bulbs in our regular lamps, and ambient indirect sunlight all have much more energy than the Therasage panel. It's basically a decorative, but otherwise inert, space waster.

This is way overpriced and very low powered for its size and usefulness. The panel is not flexible enough to wrap around you body either. It seems to be well constructed though. I bought my panel direct from Therasage...
