I was sent a used set. I returned it.

Battery good, tools...meh.
The product is packaged well. Installs correctly. The Torx bits are as cheap as they come and are marginally useable. Purchase without tools and buy quality tools for the DIY.

It is a pain to take these apart but at least we know it works.

Battery will not charge, reports 0%
Battery is seen in Windows under cmd command powercfg /batteryreport. However, it will not charge and reports 0%. Really disappointing after the amount of work to get to the battery and remove it.
