I love that there is such a huge amount. However, I will be vaccum sealing half of it because there is so much, and storing it in the refrigerator. It says to keep it in a cool dry place. A serving size of 2-3 kernels per day, and those seeds are tiny. If you have an allergy to bitter almonds, these are not for you. They are definitely bitter if chewed without food, so if you are senisitive to that sort of stuff eat them with a good mouthful of food. I cannot taste it when I do. But when I forget I chew them alone and it's kinda icky. I got them for the benefits they give. Seeds are such a valuable addition to the diet! No, you will not grow a watermelon in your stomach if you eat the seeds, little Johnny! Great value, great product.

I have subscribed to this product because it’s great and can tell its quality is good. This is to fight diseases in your body and especially organic, will continue buy this product.

Not sure if it's working. Don't feel anything in terms of a difference good or bad.

They taste naturally . I was used picking the apricot from the tree to cracking the seed and eating the inside . These seed taste just like the real deal maybe a bit even more bitter. Good quality

I eat these for health reasons, 8-12 a day, sometimes sixteen. They helped with my symptoms within a couple of weeks. Some of the kernels don't have much flavor, some taste bitter, and some have a lovely amaretto aftertast. I find it a nice mix!

I’m not sure if these are what they say they are. As described they are not bitter. They look and taste like small almonds. I could swear I bought a bag of almonds. I’ll try another brand and come back for an update.
