These really work
I use these suppositories for extreme dryness after menopause. One day I was out and had to go cold turkey. Pain was intense so now I make sure I have a full supply. Great for patients with Sjogrens.

I like this product very much, but in the hot summer it needs to be packed in a coolant because it make the suppositories not as smooth even if in the foil packets. I put them in the refrigerator so I hope this helps and I got them off the porch as soon as they were delivered. Guess they get hot in the delivery truck.
