UPDATE: I’ve used this tumbler every single day for nearly a year — camping trips, school runs, errands, you name it — and it’s still flawless! It even survived a fall from my lifted truck without a dent or chip. It’s durable, stylish, and keeps my drinks perfectly cold. I love Hello Kitty, because she's naturally beautiful & she's also a hard worker such as myself; & our personality match. I'm a Scorpio too, so it's like Hello Kitty is MY OWN THING. Rating 4/5 due to drinks not staying cold for long periods. (maybe 6 hours max). The material scratches easily (not super noticeable).But, overall the tumbler is made fairly well and I get compliments on it all the time!

It’s huge! My straw was thankfully not broken though I can see why it broke for some customers. They stick the straw in the cup so there’s no protection if the cup is stored upside down as the weight of the whole cup is then on the bit of straw that sticks out. They should just pack the straw into the corner of the box. It’s super cute design and I love it.
