I am on the second bottle My left leg continued to become larger over the past five years and I had pain in the groin area and some difficulty with walking because of the pain. UPDATE I have tried many supplements for edema. I was reluctant when I started with this item. I asked my doctor for help and was not helped. I ordered four bottles to give it a serious chance to work. I take two capsules early in the morning and have a glass of water. It has been three weeks. My right thigh is finally smaller and starting to look similar to my left leg. It has been a problem for years. I'm very happy with this product. It has made my life better. I wish more doctors would help patients with products that work. I will try more products by this company. UPDATE, I have used this for four months with great success. I've ordered additional to stay on it for more months. It works so have patience. I'm very pleased with the change in my legs.

They work "ok"

This stuff works wonders. My hands get stiff and ache. I don’t know what wonder magic this stuff has… but it helps 100%. I can tell within a few days if I have not taken it.

My face and neck erupted with a terrible inflamed, red, fluid filled, itchy rash. So naturally, I looked deeper into everything I ingested and or came in contact with. If you read all the reviews on this supplement blend, you'll see one that warns you of each ingredient and it's potential to do you harm.... listen to it!! I wish I would have!After reading that review that heeds a very clear warning through my inflamed face and burning eyes, I looked up the specific ingredient Stillingia Root and found this (copy/pasted below):"Stillingia is a root extract. It is known to contain chemicals called diterpene esters, toxic irritants that can cause swelling and inflammation of the skin. One laboratory experiment suggested that diterpene esters can halt the growth of cancer cells, but stillingia has not been studied."This product should not even be on the market, shame on it's manufacturer and on Amazon for giving a false presence of it being safe.DO NOT CONSUME THIS!!!

30-60min after taking this supplement, my nausea and vomiting are intense. Too bad can’t return this product. Only took 2 tabs and impossible to continue because of its side effects.

Please careful whilst using this. I used it for 2 days, woke up completely swollen fingers and face. Never had any problems with any vitamins a supplement before in my life. This is the first time.
