This pack came complete with everything it was advertised for no complaints, very sturdy and well built.

I use these every day now. The only issue I have is that the spring loaded finger trainer had one part broken. Wasn’t great to begin with so I didn’t contact seller. The rest is durable and works well.

The quality of the mechanical hand grips could be way better is not a dealbreaker it still get the job done but only give you double digits up to 99. Wish it could show me triple digits instead, but it’s OK good value for his money great versatility adjustability is suffice. You do have to twist the knob in order to reach the different weight categories. The size is great stretching abilities is great as well, but take some getting used to if you are going through therapy of course and a great stress relieving.

I purchased this kit to help with my hand rehabilitation. It was very similar to the devices used in physical therapy and works great for home use.

I am giving this product a 3 star review due to my breaking on the larger grip strengthener using the spring. The product overall seems like a good value for someone looking to build grip strength again or if they have weak grip strength. However, if you have descent grip strength, you may do better getting a higher quality kit. I also had very mixed results with the counter on the grip strengthener. It would click and count reps one or two times and then get stuck where it would not continue to count. This was not a major issue as I would count reps myself, but could be frustrating if you were to rely on the counter. My overall opinion is that the product has a place and many could find it useful, however if you regularly work out your grip strength or have a career in which you keep at least a moderate strength then I would recommend a higher quality kit.
