A tighter fit is better so if you are on the cusp of two weight classes try a smaller size. GRIPP TāP's break-in period is 1 training day. They should feel extremely tight upon 1st wearing, and after 1st training, they will adapt to a more perfect fit. GRIPP TāP is meant to be worn only during training. If you are not active while wearing GRIPP TāP, it will restrict circulation to your fingertips.
