I use it to roll out my dough. I use flour 1st & spread it to ensure it will roll easily. I bought it because I lined my counters with peel & stick vinyl and didn't want to scrub them too hard after rolling dough. This worked great! It's easy to clean & makes the process simple. I should have ordered it years ago.
