Returned - Don't Waste Your Money
Easy to set up. Worked for 5 days. Turned it off for 2 days over Christmas and it never worked again. After 5 email support messages with Customer Service in China (10 hour delay each time) and having been supplied various fixes it still never worked and I returned. Don't waste your money.

Easy to set up and use.
Excellent thermal printer, extremely fast to print, good wireless communication with the Mac mini I am using but also my Google pixel phone Via the excellent Labelife App. Simple loading of fanfold Shipping labels up to 4" x 6" and rolls of labels from just over 1" wide and upwards to the 4". Reasonably priced for what it is and Extremely happy with the purchase.

Le doy 5 estrellas sin dudarlo. La impresora es súper fácil de usar, la calidad de impresión es impresionante y es muy rápida. Me encanta que no necesita tinta, lo que la hace más económica a largo plazo. Surprising. Fast and Durable. Small and Compact
I originally started using the PM-241-BT printer at work. I used it extensively and literally printed thousands of labels for inventory SKU's, products, locations, you name it. The printer just works. Super easy to use and setup. It is both USB and Bluetooth and works well either way. I purchased one for home and I am labeling everything. It is small and compact, easy to load labels in, prints super fast and compared to more expensive printers, it is an excellent value. Plus, the LableLife software is pretty easy to use. The new version is quite good and the technical support is very good. I had a problem connecting the printer to a new version of the software, resolved in a day. Pretty darn good!

Comoda, veloce e perfetta per stampare etichette di spedizione
Ho acquistato la Phomemo PM241BT per stampare etichette di spedizione (DHL, 4XL, ecc.) e si è rivelata una soluzione davvero pratica.Il Bluetooth funziona bene ed è comodissimo soprattutto con il telefono, mentre su Mac e PC l’installazione è stata semplice e veloce. La stampante è compatta, non occupa molto spazio sulla scrivania ed è facile da usare anche per chi non è esperto.La qualità di stampa è più che sufficiente per etichette di spedizione: testo e codici a barre risultano chiari e ben leggibili. Inoltre è piuttosto veloce e silenziosa, il che è comodo se si stampano molte etichette di fila.Pro:Bluetooth molto comodo con smartphoneFacile da installare su Mac e PCCompatta e poco ingombranteIdeale per etichette di spedizioneContro:Supporta solo etichette termiche (niente colori)Non adatta a grandi volumi industrialiConclusione: ottima stampante per chi spedisce spesso pacchi e vuole una soluzione semplice, veloce e senza inchiostro per stampare etichette da casa o in ufficio.
