the BEST electrolytes I've ever tried. I don't mind the saltiness, I actually enjoy it, but the stevia in these really balances out the flavor. Orange tastes so similar to orange gatorade, same with the lime! Raspberry tastes like an Otter Pop!! The only one I don't love is watermelon, I feel that the salt flavor outweighs the fruit flavor. But nonetheless, I will continue to buy these and drink them! Great for pregnancy, they make drinking water so much more fun. I haven't honestly noticed a huge difference in my energy. I do think these help with headaches however! They dissolve super easily and quickly.
