Recommend
I recently purchased the FREESEA 660 GPH 40W Submersible Water Pump, and I'm highly impressed with its performance. This pump is a powerhouse, effortlessly moving a significant amount of water in my aquarium. It's surprisingly quiet, which is a huge plus, and the build quality seems robust. The adjustable flow rate is convenient, allowing me to customize it to my needs. Installation was a breeze, and it has been running flawlessly since. Overall, it's a reliable and efficient submersible water pump that offers great value for its price. I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of a quality water pump.

Seems good
I am using this in a horse trough to keep water circulating and not freezing up. It does a great job even with it getting plugged at times. Moves a lot of water around the tub. Kept the water moving at neg temps in Montana, which is hard to do without moving large amounts at a time or putting a heater in the trough which is not an option at this time.

Better than expected
The water pump went out on our evaporative cooler, and I couldn't find a replacement for it, so I purchased this pump to see if I could make it work, and it does, better than the one that went out, we love to sit outside in the evenings and it's too uncomfortable in Texas right now without a swamp cooler, the pump works so well that we now get a fine mist of water that we didn't before and it's great. Now sitting in the heat in the evening listening to music while we are enjoying an adult beverage is very comfortable.

It works, finally
Last year I bought the 25w one to get this old fountain going the old owners left us (thanks old owners🙄). We got it working but it just wasn't right. Seemed like it needed more power. Left the pump in fountain all winter. To our amazement it started right up this spring. So this product is cold hardy. Fast forward to this week when my husband cut the pump cord with his clipper trimming the stupid hedge. Sigh. So bought the 40w to see if that would work better. Oh boy did it ever. This thing is finally moving water like it's supposed too! So glad I went up in size. Love that it will keep working with only an inch or two of water. Need that for fountains as water can evaporated quickly. Very pleased with product. Only adjustment I would make is to include smaller hose adapter, we had to force our 1/2 inch diameter plastic tubing over the smallest one. We got it to work but worried how it will fair over time. Our fountain couldn't take a larger tube, suspect others won't as well. Might be helpful for others to know. If u need tubing that is smaller than 1/2 inch diameter, use rubber tubing instead of plastic. We were able with the old pump to stretch smaller rubber tubing (can't remember size) over adapter. But the plastic tubing works better if u can use it.

The pump stops working.
My old pump for my fountain stopped working after 17 years. I bought this to replace it. It works much better. It is quiet and requires very low level of water. With the old pump, I had to add water constantly. Now I don't need to add any, rain water is enough. I just hope it can last long. Update: the new pump stops working with being used just a few times during the past 11 months. It is still under 1 year wrannty. I contacted the seller and the seller is very responsive by placing a fake order for the replacement and kept asking me to contact with Amazon for the order. I have contacted with Amazon Customer Service many times. Amazon told me that the order from the seller is not a valid USA order. It has no tracking information. The seller kept telling me to blame Amazon. I am tired of fighting this.

Ideal for Water Changes
I use submersible pumps for doing water changes on three of my aquariums (one 90g & two125g). I use a facet siphon for the smaller tank/heavily planted tank, but that takes forever with larger volumes of water. I've used other brands/smaller/adjustable pumps but I have some... curious fish... and what I like the most about this model is it's got enough power to remove 50-60% of the water in about 20-30 minutes, and the intake is located at the bottom of the pump. Previously I've had to put the pump in a stiff media bag (alright it's a nut milk bag) to prevent the curious corydoras and tetras (and me) from having a really bad day. This also prevents less water lingering inside the pump when it's pulled from the tank as well, which I appreciate. Definitely recommend this one for water changes 👍!

Works fine
These pumps work pretty well, until they plug up. Most pumps have open intake where. debris can collect. My pump runs continuously in a small pond. Expect it to run for about nine months before the bearing wears out. It does do the job,but may require you to remove debris from the impeller area.

Leise aber hält nicht was sie verspricht
Die Pumpe sollte 2,5m Pumphöhe schaffen. Aber sie kommt nicht einmal über 1,80m. Schrott.
