There is not a day that goes by that I don’t use this foam roller. It is perfect for your thoracic and lumbar spine. I’ve also used it to work on my shoulders, and I have some cervical injuries from a car accident and this product really helps my symptoms and I literally can’t go a day without using it. It’s really sturdy and firm and I have had no issues with it. I wish I could buy a travel size because my only complaint is I can’t fit it in my suitcase, but other than that it is such a great product to use for a recovery after a workout or just to get a good stretch during the day. I work at a desk for hours and this really helps me stretch out my back throughout the day and has helped me with my recovery of my cervical spine injuries and I literally have one at my apartment and at my parents house because I love using it every day.

Great foam roller! It’s sturdy, easy to use and helps with stretching and muscle soreness. The quality is excellent for the price and it’s a great addition to my workout routine. Highly recommend!!

Great foam roller but it can be very slippery which is frustrating when I slip off

If you are looking for a hard foam roller, this is it. We love ours because it really does allow you to dig into muscle knots for relief. It's durable and stores easily. Sometimes my husband will put it in the car if he is traveling to use when he arrives at the hotel just to get relief after a several hours in the car.

Good foam roller for the price, very happy with the quality and for the job it needs to. I’ve now bought it twice for 2 different locations instead of having to travel with it.

Al principio compre el pequeño por ahorrar dinero ya que no sabía sus beneficios, a la vuelta del tiempo como soy de espalda ancha no la cubría toda y decidí comprar este tamaño, realmente lo recomiendo mucho por su función de estirar y masajear el cuerpo, si tienes mala postura te lo recomiendo mucho, no es mágico pero ayuda mucho a relajar los músculos y compra este tamaño si no quieres gastar doble. XD La calidad se ve adecuada si lo cuidas, tengo ya varios meses y no le ha pasado nada , lo uso en tapetes para hacer ejercicio.
