I got this in July 2025 and my dog wouldn't use it. I thought I had wasted my money, but I just left it in the same spot. Couple months later, my dog started using it one day out of the blue. He still doesn't use it all the time, but he does most of the time, especially at night. My cat also started using it and now I think it was totally worth it. One thing is that I have to make sure it's right up against the bed all the time because it moves away from the bed as he runs up the steps. It has lasted this long and looks the same. Good quality, pretty easy to put together, zipper seams very nice, and the foam is dense enough to hold my little chunky, mini Australian Shepherd while he runs up them to get to bed. Would buy again of I needed another or a replacement and the quality was the same.

I have a 17 year old cat that is in his final stages of life. I picked up 2 sets of these stairs in order to help him climb onto my bed and onto the sofa. They have been AMAZING. I cannot stress enough that these stairs have been hands down the BEST purchase I have ever made on Amazon. Pros: -Very Sturdy -Lightweight and easy to move -Machine Washable Covers -Soft foam that doesn't hurt if you accidently run into it during the night -Works for Large Cats (My boy was 16 lbs when I bought these. He's down to 10.6 lbs now) -Extremely good durability (Used daily for more than 2 years) -Good price for High Quality Cons: -None. Stop wasting time and energy and grab a set of these stairs if you have an aging pet that needs it. Trust me, you will not regret it. Would give 10/5 stars if they'd let me. I honestly think they have improved my cats mobility and reduced the chance of him injuring himself jumping down.

My cat lost her ability to jump up on the sofa or bed after being injured and then very sick. It broke our heart and her’s for her to not be able to lay beside us. I decided to try these steps to see if she could make her way up to us. The steps were perfect for her. She was a bit wary of the steps for about two days and then started using them to get onto the sofa. Now she uses them many times in the course of a day. Steps are covered in a nice fabric, giving but firm on her paws and lightweight. No off gassing at all. They stay in place on top of the carpeting and do not move around at all. Will be buying one for the bedroom and one for her favorite chair. Measure the height of the item you want to make accessible for your pet and check the height of this product. We bought steps that are about one-inch lower than the sofa and it is the perfect height for our cat. If you want a quality product to allow your pet an easier way to get up on furniture, this is a great choice at a great price !

This proved to be just perfect for an older, chonky cat to get down from my bed a little easier than just jumping down. It took a while for him to get used to it, but he seems to appreciate it now. I only purchased the 2 step one but he's a big boy and, for his size, it's working well. I would have given it a 5 if there were more fabric choices and it wasn't quite as wide. Seems sturdy enough and holds up to his excess weight.

Love it. This is my second one for my older cats with arthritis. Classy colors and washable. Soft and lightweight too. Like a firm pillow of memory foam. I use double sided tape to secure them to the wood floor next to their favorite sleeping spots. Great product, great price. I've had one for years and still looks new, and love the new one in a little darker fabric. Btw, the material really holds up to their claws and the biggest plus is the washable cover! You can't find a better stair set for anywhere near this price. I'll include a photo of the 2 that I own. Thank you for making such a good durable and functional product. Big recommendation for these!

Great for little dogs. This is my second one I’m ordering. Now I’ll have one for all my beds in the house. The only issue is you wait about 6 days to receive. Great product!

Our dog still won't climb on it yet without assistance, but I have no complaints about the product. It arrived vacuum packed because it's just made out of foam. Once the air hit it, the foam expanded to its natural shape. The foam has a sturdy consistency but it's soft at the same time, not flimsy though because it holds its shape when her 16 lbs of weight is on the steps. The material is a neutral color and is soft. I didn't unzip it yet, so can't review the zipper. We'll keep working with her confidence in climbing the steps by herself. She's getting there!

Update 12/2023 Santa is bringing my dog another one of these steps for Christmas. They are such good quality for smaller dogs or even cats that aren’t able to jump. They are soft yet firm. I love the removable cover but I have not had to wash them yet. These are NOT for heavy big breed dogs or small children FYI but perfect for my 13 lb. Yorkipoo. Just a note that they do slide around on my pinewood floors so I got a piece of two sided carpet tape and put it on both ends of the stairs and it doesn’t move while my baby is running up the steps. This is a great buy and I highly recommend for small dogs and especially dachshunds and chihuahuas! I love these foam stairs. I got the 5 step for the bed and will get the 3 step for the window seat my dog sits on. He loves to look out the front window of the house and bark at squirrels all day. I uploaded a video of him climbing the stairs to the window seat. The 5 steps are a little too high for the window seat and I will have to buy the 3 step soon. He didn’t want to go up at first but soon he realize the steps were much easier and he really likes it now. The steps are a sturdy foam but not hard and for now I can easily move them from room to room. They came in a huge box so they were folded or damaged in shipment. I would recommend. I got the dark brown and amazingly it doesn’t attract too much hair. I’ve had these for about 6 months now.

J’utilise ces escaliers en mousse (3 marches) depuis un plusieurs mois maintenant, pour mon petit chien. La mousse est ferme mais confortable pour ses pattes, avec un revêtement antidérapant qui accroche bien sans glisser, même quand il court dessus. Le tissu (lin gris clair) est doux, facile à nettoyer avec un coup d’aspirateur ou une lingette humide, et ça ne retient pas trop les poils. La hauteur est parfaite pour notre canapé (environ 45 cm), il monte et descend sans effort ni appréhension maintenant. Les marches restent stables, pas de balancement ou de basculement, et prennent peu de place une fois installées. Pour l’instant, zéro défaut : pas d’odeur bizarre au déballage, les finitions sont propres, et ça tient bien le coup avec un usage quotidien. Mon chien les utilise tout seul après quelques heures d'apprentissage. Si vous avez un petit chien ou un chat âgé/un peu pataud, ces marches sont une super solution simple et efficace. Vraiment content de l’achat.

I was on the fence about whether or not my cat really needed these. Shes adult aged, overweight, some arthritis. She uses them every day multiple times a day, she is more active and out of our room more often since getting these. I have one set for the couch and one for our bed. Even our younger healthy cat uses them! If you are on the fence, I recommend the purchase highly, I regret not getting them sooner.
