This book was everything I never knew I needed. The story was so beautiful, and the characters were just so lovable that in like 200 pages you were so interested in them that the end just broke me, so this is going to be a spoiler-filled review because I just need to talk about the book, so let’s start with Adena. She is super cute. We already know her from Powerless, but in this book you get to know her whole story, her as a person, not just as the best friend to the main character. She is the main character in this story, and I’m so in love with how she loves sticky buns. How much she loves Paedyn I think that’s so cute that they have that kind of relationship, and I want that too. Now Mak, he is grumpy at first, but then we get to know him and his past, and I just fell in love with him, and I loved that he could bring out another side of Adena, like they were bickering so much, and I was in love already, and when we get to know that he has a soft spot for her when he tells her that his feelings for her were so cute. Let’s continue with the ending; it literally broke me. This book destroyed me on so many levels that I didn’t even know it could do that. I think mostly because you get to know Adena, and she is so cute. I’m going to cry, and they broke her fingers that got to me so badly because her fingers did all the things she loved, like sewing. Then you meet Al in the dungeons, and I really liked him, so I would like to see him more, maybe in Reckless or Fearless. Then the ending was so cute but then so heartbreaking, the end of the book when she became a star, and she’s just looking down at Mak. That broke me also, so I would give five stars to this book. It was very emotional, and I kind of like that. I can’t wait to read Reckless and Fearless.

This book is great! Came in perfect condition. The pricing is affordable compared to normal book stores;it is easy to read. I would recommend buying books from here. Thank you Amazon 😌😌

One of the best book I've read..my first book of romance! And best for beginners..has a lot of twists and is very engaging! Trust me, I'm very picky with books..!spoilers: kai will marry pae! But adena, adam gray,hera,mak,ava,kitt azer ,calum, blair ( it's a planned fake death so she can choose her life),edric azer,ace die!! Rip and deep condolences to those who lost their lives, they'll forever reamain in kai and pae 's heart and maybe mine and all reader's heart as well..except for calum,edric and ace,they damn deserved it..has a lot of twists,must read book..also 5 book series- powerless 502 pages, reckless:388 pages,fearless: 523 pages, powerful :245 (text is bigger in powerful and fearful,so it's basically smaller) fearful:278 pages.. powerless is about kai and payden's love and trials,fearless about their union,lot of twists and revelation,joined ilya,another trials for pae alone.. powerful is a must read tribute to adena and about adena's life after pae went for trails and adena and makato khitam's love story,fearless is about mara who is literally death,and mara and kitt's kinda love story and about Blair and lenny's love story and all the loose ends of the entire series tied together,though there are a lot of questions still unanswered ..my fav is FEARLESS! And most emotional is POWERFUL! I literally cried reading it..Pls at least read them once in ur teens! It's not less than a movie!!!
