Yes it is. I never had problem lifting floor boards or grippers with this

Would this be good at removing bazookaloids from the main flooring timbers, or is it too big?

Don't know what a bazookaloid is!!!. But it takes fence panels and pallets apart ok

Will this remove concrete paving from the ground?

It's a sturdy piece of kit. I used it for removing solid plaster coving and lots of jobs, but not on paving slabs. I'd probably go for prybar or pick axe over this.
