Make your Pump Flange Usable
Flange inserts are as described and fit my Spectra pump flange well. They are very secure and have adequate length to accommodate any stretching. Help ensure comfortable use of the standard pump flanges.

Size 16 n*pples so I thought 19 flanges would be a good size and I was right! These are so comfortable in my medela hand pump. Great quality!

Fits all type of pumps
Theses have been so useful They fit my spectra S1,my portable momcozy pumps and my manual medela pump. Easy to clean by hand and in the sterilizer.

Versatile and comfortable
Works great, easy to clean. Nice to have multiples that will work in varying brand of pumps. Works best if you apply pumping spray before insertion, otherwise it can be difficult.

These are a sturdier plastic and not as soft as the Momcozy or willow brand flanges, but they do work.
