UPDATE: April 23, 2026 I waited about 6 Months after receiving this system before installing it. Reason being I was repairing and painting the exterior of my house. Anyways, the first camera i put up was by the front door. Two days ago (4/21/2026) that camera died. I tried to reboot it but it didn’t not work. Fortunately, I had a spare new camera still in the box. I powered that up and it worked perfectly. Also, the Homebase 3 takes about 5 seconds to notify you it has seen someone or something. You would expect being able to see the video when checking it out , but the videos have not been available to view for some reason. I am going to expand the Hard Drive space and see if that helps. Other than a bad camera and this access issue the system has been worthwhile. Original Post: I paid $429.00 for this system. I had been watching it and when the price dropped I grabbed it. Installation is a breeze. What you will need to make installation easier is a Ethernet splitter. You can plug in Ethernet cables from the system server, the router and a Wi-Fi Extender. Because the cameras are powered via a 12V AC DC Adapter that plugs directly into the Outlets ( I wanted constant power and didnt want to rely on solar panel reliability) you may have to drill an access hole through the building wall to run the power cable. Once installed I filled the hole with flexible caulk. The App for Eufy is easy to install on smartphones and you can name each camera. It gives a notifying tone when a person is seen and saves the contact on the server. I highly recommend this system. I will give updates on anything negative that occurs.

El Home Base cuenta con muy poca memoria así que recomiendo de inmediato buscar la expansión de almacenamiento de inmediato

The cameras are great however one of the cameras stopped working after 9 months of use. The customer service is great they helped me troubleshooting it but when nothing worked they sent me the replacement in no time. I hope it stays in working condition after the warranty expires.

The bad one was sent back, and a new one was sent. The processing speed is still very fast!(It's only been two months now, and one of the cameras is not powered on. The white transformer is fine, but the camera is not powered on. I didn't send it for repair, which is very frustrating)

May 4, 2024....Seller contacted me regarding the unit. They are currently working on improved functionality for downloading video. They offered a solution which I am very satisfied with. My rating has been updated due to the excellent customer service. Hardware and setup 5/5. Reason for 2 stars is the very limited useability for me. I bought for the 24/7 recording ability. The 24/7 video can only be reviewed through the app. You cannot download it to phone or PC. Extremely inconvenient if you need to crop an event and save it permanently to PC. If anyone has figured out a way please let me know. This should be a very basic feature.
