Scooter handle snapped mid air after 8 months, extremely poor customer service from Rampworx.
This scooter was 8 months old when the handle snapped off mid air. My 8 year old son was very fortunate as he wasn't hurt. However I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service from Rampworx - they showed no concern at all and simply said the scooter was out of warranty. We now have a scooter boy without a scooter - he is a competent scooter and the scooter had been well looked after. I know nothing about customer rights or trading standards but I know that the scooter should last longer than 8 months and the handle shouldn't snap off. Would not buy anything from Rampworx again. Simply needed them to show some ownership, replace the handlebars and simply show some customer care.

good quality, very light. I purchased this for my 11 year old son. I also ride it sometimes and I'm 5'11" 175lbs. smooth bearings in the wheels and fast.
