Good quality machine
Just my first use, and still too hot to cut, but the medium size is a big honking loaf of bread. One paddle stuck in the bread when I removed it from the pan, but it came out easily with the tool they provided. Everything worked nicely and feels high quality. I tried the potato bread recipe included.

That it works splendidly!
My opinion of the Neretva Breadmaker: I have already made a loaf of bread which turned out beautifully. Did not experience a single snafu. The loaf was easily removed from the pan. It was a cinch to clean. Now I'm getting ready to use the dough cycle to make cinnamon rolls. I'm really going to enjoy using the Neretva Breadmaker!

Doesn’t brown top of loaf
Even though the machine didn’t work, not heating up sufficiently to brown loaf, the company refunded my money.

I’m lovin this bread machine!
I'm loving this bread machine. So far so good. The only downside are the recipes in the user manual, they are in crazy metric measures and it really sucks. I recommend just buying a Neretva Recipe book instead. There are several available on Amazon. Another downside, there is no option to turn off the nut dispenser. It can be quite loud when it activates, especially in the early morning hours when machine is in delayed cooking mode. Other than that, I’m pretty happy with the machine.

I Do Not Recommend This Machine. Junk.
I am really disappointed in this machine. First of all, there is a huge dent in the lower side, corner and front panel on the left side. It was a known issue in the factory, but they sent it out to unwitting customers anyway. Boxes and packaging was not damaged, so I was really upset that I purchased a brand new machine that arrived in such poor condition. And of course, I hadn't opened the box until the short window for returns of damaged goods was over (only 30 days!) So, I'm stuck with this clunker. Besides the damage to the outside, there are other issues that make this a really bad purchase. The nut/fruit "automatic" dispenser doesn't work well at all. Sure, it dispenses the additions in the last mixing stage, but the dough does not mix the seeds/nuts/fruit in , everything falls to the bottom and sides of the pan. You actually need to pause the mixing process (my pause button does not work) and mix it in by hand, then put it back in the machine and resume the process. and the dang "buttons" are not intuitive at all. I have to keep looking at the instruction book to know what the "buttons" are for, because there is no text to tell you, only a stupid symbol that has nothing to do with the bread making process. For instance, instead of placing the words "Crust Color", "Loaf Size", "Type of Bread", there is no text at all next to the button. Sigh, I really miss my early 90's Hamilton Beach Bread Machine. I wore it out, but wanted the long loaf size, not a square loaf shape and there is not many machines out there that have that. In addition to the above issues, the outside of the machine gets VERY HOT!! The bread pan is really hard to press down into the machine, and really hard to get out. It shouldn't be that hard. I made the 3 different sizes, and if you don't make the largest loaf size, you don't get a nicely shaped loaf. The smaller loaf size doesn't fill the bread pan, so you get sort of an egg shaped loaf, larger at on end and tapering down, only about 2/3 of the pan had the loaf touching the sides. The medium sized loaf will rise to fill the pan, but the top isn't very smooth. So, I'd recommend that if you want to use this machine, you'll need to remove the dough when it beeps after the last mixing stage, shape it into an actual loaf shape, then put it back in the machine to rise and bake. If mixing in nuts, seeds or fruit, I'd suggest mixing it in by hand instead of letting the machine make a mess out of it, or put it in the dough at the beginning with all of your other ingredients. The bread tastes good, I made a basic white, a whole wheat with nuts and seeds, and a white bread with Asiago Cheese and Roasted Garlic. All yummy, but ugly loaves except for the basic white bread.

Line up paddles properly before pushing pan into position.
I am getting very good results with the Neretva bread machine. The only minor problem I have is that the recipes in the Bread Machine Cookbook I bought are for somewhat different loaf sizes. When entering the baking program on the Nerevta, I got good results rounding up to the 3.3LB size program on the Nerevta even when following the recipe for a 2.75LB loaf. The cooking times are only 5 minutes difference.

Defective product but customer service was great
My wife and I bought one a couple of months ago. There were some issues with the finished bread products that we prepared. We contacted customer service and we were sent a new set of recipes different than the one provided. The results were the same. We again contacted customer service and were asked to do some tests to the machine. Turns out the bread machine was defective Customer service stood by the product and we were offered a new replacement or full refund. We found out that the company was out of the product. The next bday we received a full refund. The breadmachine that we bought was not good but the company and the customer service stood by the product. That was commendable.

Great machine!
I paid $370 for a a different bread machine here a couple of years ago, that cooks the bottom too hard, has only one element on the bottom and browns 1/2 of the top of the loaf, more than the other half. And I could never get a loaf to rise good in it. It would always just reach up to the top of the pan and most of the time the loafs came out with splits all over them. This machine is elite in comparison. It has 2 elements that are on the side of the PAN. It heats the loaf evenly and beautifully all the way around. It has a nice tall PAN in it. So you get beautiful loaf every time, and when I couldn't hear the beeping sound I contacted the company and they were always in contact with me¹ but I did figure out on my own what the problem was. This bread machine is worth every penny. My advice is to get one of the cookbooks that are made specifically for this machine. There are so many beautiful recipes in them. Oh, and I would keep track of the time. And during the last rise, I shape the loaf myself, they don't come out real good if you don't. Bu all in all, I am very impressed with this machine. I doubt I'll ever make a three pound loaf of bread , but it's nice to have that extra space.
