Perfect set for my personal Training courses calipers and tape are an excellent combination. Both work well.

For the price, I think this product does a great job, hence the 4* rating. I think it's fine to track progress and get a reasonable idea of where you are (rough ball park, though). The tape measure is great, no fault there. The calliper itself is a bit flimsy and fiddly to take measurements with, if you're doing it on your own. If you have someone helping out with reading the measurement it's much easier, but that's not always the case.

I've only used the calipers not the included tape measure so cannot comment on that. Simple piece of kit but the pressure gauge included is absolutely necessary meaning you use the same pressure everytime. I use it just on my abdonimals only. Whilst the measurement itself is meaningless it does show the general trend of fat loss brilliantly. I'm in a considerable calorie deficit and in the last 8 days of using this have dropped from 1.2mm on my abs, to 1mm, to 0.8mm, to 0.6mm. Each time I measure around 5 times for accuracy and it's the same everytime. It's been a more accurate way to track fat loss than my scales which seem to have halted lately. I bought these because I knew I could see myself getting physically leaner in the mirror so wanted another method to confirm that doesn't rely on the scales.

I've found this completely unusable and inaccurate. Firstly each line seems to represent 2mm's instead of the one. As you can see in the image there are five lines instead of ten between numbers, so each denominator must be 2mm. This is an issue because it's written so small that if like me you are reasonably lean and usually come up in between you have to guestimate what the reading is. As a 2mm variance makes a huge difference when you are a lower body fat percentage. From other calipers I have used I can usually measure half way between lines, so say 11.5mm on an abdominal fold, with these it is such a tiny movement between 10mm and 12mm it's impossible to read accurately. As the writing is so small it essentially makes it difficult to take measurements yourself (using the Jackson-Pollock technique). I have also put a second image so you can see the size difference between a normal pair and these. Don't waste your money, I really don't understand how these had such good reviews. Perhaps it's people not used to using calipers etc. The tape measure seems okay but that wasn't why I made this purchase. I won't be sending it back as I'd like to keep the tape measure and it was only cheap anyway.

Works for me. Sure there are probably better if you want to spend more, but I didn’t! DON'T trust the reviews that say it's faulty as it doesn't start at zero... That's to allow for housing itself so it's correct for waist measurement etc. Just don't use it to spec your new kitchen! 😂

Items ok but there is no calculator software to download. The qr codes are corrupted. And online web page has no method of downloading anything. So 2 starts for lying about it.

Es de plastico seencillo, pero cumple su funcion, La calculadora que trae no es mas que un link a una web, así que preferí pedirle a una IA que 'Actuando como un asistente en mediciones corporales me preguntara una a una y me diera los resultados de una medicion con adipometro usando el calculo de Jackson/Pollock (3, 4 o 7 pliegues)'. La cinta metrica va bien.

Très bon kit pour suivre son évolution physique. L’adipomètre est simple à utiliser et permet d’avoir une bonne estimation de la masse graisseuse, surtout lorsqu’on suit une progression dans le temps. Le mètre de couture inclus est un vrai plus pour mesurer les tours de taille, hanches, bras, etc. L’ensemble est léger, précis pour un usage personnel et facile à ranger. Idéal pour accompagner un programme sportif ou une remise en forme sans se limiter uniquement au chiffre de la balance.
