This is a rather well designed, sturdy, wired earphone set with ear pods that fit very snugly into the ears. I purchased this pair of JBL earphones for usage with my iPad. Regrettably, the phones proved to be an utter failure, when connected to my iPad, with low output and low fidelity. But when I tried them on my Samsung Android phone, the performance was immensely satisfying- high fidelity across the sound spectrum. The phone lets you to choose between three kinds of sound output: default/vocal/bass. Music quality is excellent on both default and bass modes. However, there was no guide or manual in the pack that tells you how (to use the buttons on the console) to select between these three sound modes. I had to call up the Harman Company (JBL) call centre to find out the selection process! On the whole a great earphone, but with selective compatibility.

Not at all expected this from JBL. I own multiple jbl products mainly because i love the bass. This was a complete failure. Jbl should not associate itself with this junk. The volume is horrible (I have to raise the volume of my device to full just to hear the vocals). There is zero bass (even after choosing the bass Equalizer). The type c wire has high probability of bending and tearing. Also it is miserable for gaming as the sounds are super low and mic will suddenly start/stop working and opponent voices starts coming from the loudspeaker. Absolutely rubbish product

With a few enhancements, it could easily become a top contender in its range.

I’m really happy with the JBL Tune 310 Wired in-ear headphones overall. The sound quality is clear, with good bass and crisp highs, and the Hi-Res audio with the built-in DAC provides a rich listening experience on USB-C devices. The 3-button EQ preset remote with microphone works perfectly for calls and music control, and the microphone picks up voice clearly. The tangle-free flat cable is convenient and hassle-free, and the earbuds are comfortable for long listening sessions. The bright blue color also looks modern and stylish. The only minor drawback is that the earbud tips could be of better quality—they feel a bit soft and may wear out faster than expected. Sometimes the earbud tip can get stuck in the ear and the earphones may fall out, which shows the tip quality could be better. Other than that, everything else about these headphones is excellent. Overall, these are reliable, stylish, and high-quality wired headphones, ideal for daily listening, calls, and commuting.

Just ok. Not a very good quality product as jbl brand as we expect. Sound volume is lower

Here's over a week review... got in hand on 4th Oct, 24. Sound Quality: As the brand is known for, JBL... name is enough, quality is on the top side, every highs, mids, lows are balanced. Treble is too good. And it's full of bass. If you switch to the bass preset, the in-built preset, the bass is thumpy, richer... quality wise no compromise. Though the earpiece looks small in hand but believe me it's "Chhota Packet Bada Dhamaka" Loudness: I used other type C earphones, and noticed the same that they all have low loudness. And here's also same... for reference, when using the boat basshead 220 I use only 20-30% of mobile volume where I need to use this JBL with 50-60% mobile volume... but for me it's not a problem, slowly became habitat with this. Comfortability: I don't know why some people are saying it's not comfortable. While ordering, I was afraid of their review. Till now I haven't faced any issue. Neither it slips from ear nor feels uncomfortable, rather it feels so light weight for long time use. Compatibility: Currently I'm using Galaxy Tab S9 and Galaxy M35, both the devices supports it. Mic quality is also good. For gaming, you can go for this. Stereo sound is supported and left right separation is also good. I also play CODM with this. Cons: 1. They should increase the quality of the wire, they are strong, but still thinner than my boat 220. 2. For first time use with Tab S9, the type C end stuck with the port so badly that I was bout to cry that I'm going to loose my Tablet... It was too much tight to take off from the device. After that using day by day it is now okay. Hope That will not affect the C port. But while using the M35, this problem was not raised. 3. Packaging should be quiet arranged, there was 2 separation between the earphone and the documents. They just gave the earphone twisted in a packet in one side.

I have had a very bad experience with this device. It worked properly for only 3 days, and after that it stopped working completely. There has been no physical damage, mishandling, or accidental impact to the device. I am disappointed with the product quality and request that you kindly check this issue and provide a replacement or appropriate solution at the earliest.

Great USB C earphones. Crisp Sound Great JBL signature bass. Perfect on budget pair. Con - the wire is made of this material that transferred the sound to the earbuds, more of a rubbing sound of the wire to your clothes, gets irritating when used in quite spaces, doesn't matter in a loud to medium loud environment.

310C is pretty impressive given its only 29 bucks

لو محتاج سماعة فيها مايكروفون كويس وموبايلك مفهوش مدخل 3.5mm المخصص للسماعات اوعى تغلط غلطتي وتشتري سماعة عادية بمنفذ 3.5mm وتحط عليها وصلة محول لـ Type-C عشان الموضوع ده بيخسف بجودة المايكروفون الارض. انا اشتريت 3 سماعات مختلفين كلهم كانوا بمنفذ 3.5 وكنت بوصلهم بالوصلة اللي بتحول السماعة لـ Type-C وكنت مستغرب انني كل مرة اجيب سماعة جديدة يكون المايكروفون فيها اسوء ما يكون، ومن السماعات اللي جبتها (JPL 110 3.5mm و Xiaomi Mi Piston In.Ear) والسماعتين دول يعتبروا افضل سماعتين بمنفذ 3.5mm في السوق المصري ولكن برضو صوت المايكروفون كان سيء. (سعر كل واحدة فيهم حوالي 300ج). بعدين بحثت وفهمت ان مهما دورت على حلول عشان تخلي المايك صوته كويس عشان الاجتماعات والألعاب الخ مفيش قدامك غير خيارين، الخيار الاول: تجيب السماعة دي (JBL Tune 310C USB-C) والخيار التاني: تجيب سماعة (Samsung AKG TYPE-C)، وانا برشحلك السماعة الاولى اكتر من السماعة التانية لإنها مناسبة لجميع الموبايلات بدون استثناء وبتشتغل بنفس الكفاءة على كل الموبايلات، وبالنسبة للخيار التاني فأنا برشحها في حالة واحدة بس وهي ان تلفونك يكون من سامسونج لأنها ساعات مبتشتغلش على الموبايلات اللي من الشركات التانية لأنها معمولة خصيصا لموبايلات سامسونج، (مع العلم ان سماعة AKG بنفس سعر سماعة JBL وهو حوالي 1000 جنيه، ولكن سماعة AKG في منها مضروب كتير جدا على امازون "متجيبهاش غير لو كان البائع امازون").
