The perfect amount of flaky salt for a salt connoisseur. This is the salt I would use in my professional chef career. The pyramid shaped crystals are beautiful with the perfect crunch that elevates every dish you serve it with. I’m so excited I was able to grab this tub at a great price, this will last me quite a while. As a finishing salt, there is no competition.
