Great product, poor customer service
Excellent product that is a great improvement on our current situation. Living on a boat signal is very difficult to achieve. Our Landline gives 21mb, without an antenna our mobile signal was up to 30mb which was an improvement but with this kit our signal jumped to an impressive 107mb. Hopefully no more buffering when watching movies and live sport. Beware the customer service advised by contacting Waveview in their booklet though. Very pleasant on the phone but didn’t deliver! We had a part missing which they were resolving. Ended up buying the missing part ourselves as we didn’t receive the part as promised.

Great way to increase your 4/5G speed and stability
Got this to add outdoor antennae to me GLX-3000 4/5G router setup in the UK. Used the window mounting suckers to place on living room window and point at 5G local masts. Went from around 80 meg download to around 120-200 meg immediately. Super-stable connection and easy to install via flat window entry cable to connect to router indoors. Get one!

Good quality, but did not improve my signal.
This did not improve my signal on my Rogers 5G Home Internet with the Nokia Fastmile 3.2 hub. The technicians were very helpful in troubleshooting, but ultimately this was not an option for my situation. For those considering this to help with signal on the Rogers rural internet plan over 5G, be aware that the Nokia modem/router that Rogers uses has 8 internal antennae, and determining which 4 to choose to swap out is a bit of a guessing game since none of the antennae as labelled for certain bands. Waveform does not have a guide for this specific modem, so you need to find this information online. The Waveform technician suggested I buy two (2) 4X4 MIMO systems and connect to all 8 ports, which is financially and technically onerous, with uncertain results. I've given this 4 stars since the issue isn't this product, but my specific circumstances. The product was high quality and the support was incredible.

Low quality on the materials.
It worked well for a year, then signal slowed down massively, checked the cables and found out its broken. Not recommended.

Support is supurb. The Antenna boosts speed and quality of service by many factors.
I am very impressed with the Waveform QuadMini 4X4 MIMO antenna, as well as, support from WaveForm. I recently purchased the Waveform QuadMini 4X4 Low-Profile Antenna Kit from Waveform to go with my T-Mobile 5G G4AR Gateway. We use it for basic internet access and streaming. This gateway is hard wired to a Windows 11 Gigabyte speed network with an ASUS router, switch, two Windows 11 PCs, as well as, a Synology NAS, Laser Printer and 6 Apple devices via WiFi, as well as, Ring Cameras and two TVs, and several other IOTs. I also have a 4 node TP-Link Deco Gigabyte speed wireless System attached to this network. This Deco system has the same SSID as the wireless on the ASUS router. This SSID is different than the one on the T-Mobile G4AR Gateway. We live at the Lake of The Ozarks off of Y Road in Linn Creek. Our house is surrounded by large Oak Trees with a clear view of the sky starting at about 40 to 45 degrees up. We are in a heavy tourist area during the summer and the speeds noted in this review were taken during tourist season which seems to overload T-Mobile. Prior to installing the Waveform QuadMini our internet speeds ranged from 20 to 110Mbs with the average being in the range of 20 to 40Mbs. These speeds were obtained with the G4AR T-Mobile Gateway setting near a window looking toward a T-Mobile Cell tower using the internal antenna. I usually got two bars, but sometimes three on the gateway. I first installed the QuadMini antenna inside the house with the gateway near a window looking in the general direction of the nearest T-Mobile Cell Tower. With this arrangement I was getting upload speeds of 110 to 250Mbs with the average being in the low 200s. I then moved the QuadMini outside to an old Dish Antenna roof mount which was approximately 15ft in the Air with the Quad Mini pointing in the direction of the T-Mobile tower. I used the Signal Finder from the WE: boost App to find the strongest signal from the cell tower to point the antenna even though it is not a directional antenna. I do not use their signal booster. This morning’s download speeds ranged from 371Mbs to 483Mbs. Upload speeds were 3.64 to 7.07Mbs. These readings were taken on Saturday Morning August 2nd, 2025 between 7am and 10am and was peaking at 407Mbs at 10pm. This is a peak tourist date and time for our area so T-Mobile is quite busy at this time. In the afternoon, around 2:30pm the download ran 385 to 389Mbs. Support The support from WaveForm was refreshing and fantastic compared to other companies. First, the WaveForm Antenna came with a very thorough document. More importantly, there was not AI to attempt to get through to get a live agent. Support was from live agents. Response time was within a couple of hours compared to days from other vendors and the responses were very complete and helpful. Roger Smith

A great speed boost for the money. I highly recommend this product!
Pros: 1) Works really well for such a simple device (the "antenna" is just a small rectangular dish) 2) The kit had MULTIPLE tools to hang this thing—either outside strapped to a pole (I hung it around my downspout), drilled into a wall, or inside fastened to a window or on a desk. Installation was versatile. 3) Noticeable boost in signal strength. This really does have multiple variables going for it, but once you do some research and point it towards the nearest cell tower, you should get a decent boost in signal strength 4) A lot of instructional material, FAQs, even on-line videos made installation pretty easy. After strapping it around my downspout, I used the window extension to run the lines underneath my window (so that it could remain closed), and then connected those wires to my cell modem 5) Obviously with 5G, there will be many variables to speed, but on average, I consistently got about ≤ 100 Mbps down and up to 10 Mbps up; now I get about 150-160 Mbps down and 20 Mbps up. Just this morning (5/25/25 at 07:09) I got 210.66 Mbps down and 55.64 Mbps up. 6) Customer service—I had someone texting me soon as I started setting up, making sure I wasn't lost, so that was nice. Cons: 1) Depends on setup obviously, but it can be kind of complex if you're looking for the best signal (ie, installing the antenna outdoors and running a line to your cell modem). I do wish the window extension line was a bit longer, by like six more inches, as my window is thick and the extension barely made it for me to close my window. 2) This is not on the product itself, but I have the T-Mobile Sagemcom Fast 5688W 5G Wi-Fi 6 Internet Gateway, and you have to bust that thing open to access the internal connectors. OMG that part sucked donkey balls.

They're likely winning at a tough game - for good reason.
Got this and connected it without permanently installing it. What I immediately noticed is that my signal stabilized. Initially, with the antenna being inside of a log cabin, there was little to no speed increase over my best speed test but the speed was far more consistent, maintaining better up and down performance instead of the wild swings in performance I'd grown accustomed to. With just a T-Mobile gateway I was getting from 90-320 down and 2-15 up but it was all over the place. With the WaveForm (inside) I'd get 220-280 down and 10-30 up but these connections were far more stable. I'm pretty far from the tower, surrounded by old growth forrest, and in the mountains so this is a difficult situation to be sure, but with the antenna installed outside on a pole just above our roof, I'm in the 480 down 18 up range most of the time. It's important to note that your results may vary. Distance, environment, construction method of your home, area interference, UFOs... These connections can be difficult, but... The support starts the moment you open the box and scan the QR code. You don't reach out to them. They start texting you. Don't have a sec to respond? No worries. This exchange seems to stay live from the beginning and you can just text them back whenever you have an issue or question. It's kind of remarkable. I'm building a mountain resort and don't have time to deal with making this antenna work. Support has stuck with me for months, occasionally checking in to see how things are going sometimes weeks after I haven't responded. NOT IN AN ANNOYING WAY like they're trying to sell me something. They just seem to be genuinely concerned with getting the most of their product and I'm all about it. And just in case you're wondering, yes! This continued well past the return window for the product purchase. I still have other recommendations from them to try as I'd really like to increase my upload speeds a little, but I know they've got my back when I'm ready to work on it again. They're doing all this right and I'm happy to support them in that endeavor.
