Good for the spike protein removal
This is helpful for the spike protein. I am also using it to lower my cholesterol. I take it three to four times a day in order to get to the minimum requirement of 10,500 fu. Can be hard on the stomach I do take it on an empty stomach most of the time to get the most effect out of it. It contains turmeric which is unnecessary for what I needed it for.

Powerful stuff!
This is a very affordable source of nattokinase. Very happy with this product. 100% could feel the change in my body and saw immediate results. Note that the 2022 study 'Effective management of atherosclerosis progress and hyperlipidemia with nattokinase' (PMID: 36072877) showed best results using a high dosage of 10,800 FU, where 3,600 FU showed little change. Sounds crazy to me after seeing good effect at 4,000 FU for blood flow in general, but wanted to make people aware that may be looking to reduce inflammation and plaque reduction. Search "How I Use Nattokinase to Unclog Arteries" on Youtube for a video by Ford Brewer MD MPH that covers the study if interested.
