Don't normally write reviews... but this thing is awesome
EDIT: 5/18 - I should have mentioned one of the reasons I gravitated toward this watch - Google's Assistant. Press & Hold upper right button and it activates. Realized how much I use this feature. For example, earlier this week, while walking dogs late. I had a walk workout enabled. I activated assistant to set a reminder for me, then had it turn outdoor lights on... while away... and barely interrupting the podcast I was listening to. My earbuds don't reliably bring up the assistant upon activation. Not having to touch my phone is fantastic, when your hands may be occupied with other activities. Combined with outstanding battery life this is a winner. Purchased the stainless steel, green band watch. Incredible battery life Like the title stated, I don't normally do reviews but I felt strongly about this watch. Like many, I have been waiting to purchase a smart watch but none have 'ticked' the boxes I looked for - manly a watch which has a traditional look of jewelry, stainless steel with sapphire crystal, great battery life, with wear OS 4 and plenty of memory [if I wanted to side load audio]. Let's note the caveats: It is larger than most. It is not for the dainty or faint of heart. I am a male and this is the same size or smaller than several other watches I wear such as Seiko and Tag. Most females will not want this watch, it is too large for them. It also doesn't do some things for females, such as pregnancy tracker. It also lack BP tracking. The app does not have a cloud option [that I know of] and is simpler than others. Also, there is not LTE option available. This watch is amazing. I wanted a watch which looked traditional. My last watch was black and as much as I love its look, I wanted something more traditional for work [though the green band is interesting at the office] or play. This watch was introduced with a $50 discount. There was nothing which compared to that price available. I could have written it off as a simple mistake if I didn't like it. But I turned out loving this watch and it is always with me. I normally don't care for 'always on' display and chose 'wake when raise' or just leave off. I find activating the screen to be so trivial, I most often leave it that way. I've turned the High Performance Graphics option on, this seems to eliminate any stuttering. I have not seen any battery life impact, regardless of warning. Buttery smooth operation. Almost any app you need is built-in. Beautiful watch faces and there are plenty to choose from. You will notice this is the same watch as OPPO [orange band], the parent company of OnePlus. I've had this watch 2 months now and it almost never comes leaves my wrist, except when showering or charging. I have showered with the watch and believe you can swim with it. I just prefer to take if off out of habit and clean the band because it is on my wrist otherwise. The band is excellent and I wish I could purchase others as well. The band is very soft and, with a tight grip, I don't notice the watch is on. It ALWAYS gives me 4+ days between charges, so I haven't had to charge it much. It charges so fast, it is never a burden. With a little searching you can find charger pucks available third party. I purchased several, and put the original away, since I was concerned it would get lost anyway. It's easy to change the bands. I purchased a brown leather third party band which is a striking combination. I've used it only occasionally because I love the feel of the original silicon band so much. Sleep tracking is accurate, as is the activity tracking for me [though it may not compare to a Garmin, etc]. It looks great and it's tough. Two months in and it still looks brand new... I expect this out of all my watches. Sorry for the long review. It has been that good for me, though. OnePlus hit it out of the park with this watch. I'm so pleased, I am looking to move from my Samsung Galaxy phone to the OnePlus 12 because I like this watch so much.

Battery Life!!
Review for OnePlus Watch 2 The OnePlus Watch 2 was an impressive upgrade for me. I had previously been wearing a Fossil gen 5. This watch blends style, functionality, and performance into a sleek wearable. Here’s my in-depth review after using it for a few months: Design and Build The OnePlus Watch 2 boasts a premium, minimalist design that feels lightweight and comfortable on the wrist. The round 1.43" AMOLED display is bright and vivid, with excellent visibility even in direct sunlight. The default maximum brightness is 600 nits. The interchangeable straps are a nice touch, allowing users to switch between sporty and formal looks. Performance and Features The watch has a unique design in that it has dual-engine architecture that powers the Snapdragon W5 and BES 2700 chipsets to deliver some of the most efficient power management found in a smartwatch. Health Tracking: Comprehensive tracking for heart rate, SpO2, stress levels, and sleep monitoring. The data feels accurate and reliable, comparable to other leading smartwatches. Fitness Modes: Over 100 sports modes make it suitable for a wide range of activities. The auto-detection feature for common exercises like walking and running is a welcome addition. Smart Features: Notifications, music control, and hands-free calls work flawlessly. The integration with the OnePlus ecosystem is seamless, especially for phone and earbuds users. Battery Life The battery life is exceptional, I routinely go 4-5 days without charging and using the built in watch faces. When using watch faces from Google, it get 2-3 days at most. The sleep monitoring does put a drain on the battery as well. The fast-charging feature is a lifesaver, providing a day’s worth of charge in just a few minutes. Water Resistance With its 5ATM and IP68 rating, the Watch 2 handles water exposure effortlessly. I’ve worn it during workouts, showers, and swimming sessions without any issues. Room for Improvement While the OnePlus Watch 2 is excellent overall, there are a few areas for enhancement: App Ecosystem: The watch still lags behind competitors like Apple and Samsung in terms of third-party app support. Customization: While the watch faces are stylish, the options feel somewhat limited. More customizable watch faces would be appreciated. Final Verdict The OnePlus Watch 2 is a fantastic choice for those in the Android ecosystem, especially OnePlus users. It delivers a great balance of health tracking, fitness features, and smart functionalities in a stylish package. While it may not surpass industry giants in every aspect, its long battery life, smooth performance, and affordability make it a compelling option and I highly recommend it.

Best Android watch!!
This thing is absolutely incredible and my new favorite tech toy. First: I don't care about fitness tracking. Now that we've gotten that out of the way, why do I think this is the best watch available for me? Well, this thing gets me 5 days of battery life regularly! That's two to three times better than my pixel watch. It has a really nice classic look, and I get compliments on it from time to time. The things I prioritize for my watch purchase were looks, battery life, smoothness, and functionality with my phone. I tried the Huawei watch but had some ridiculous limitations in terms of integrating with my phone. This thing has notification sync, and allows me to respond to text and such. It feels solid (good weight), lasts forever, looks great, and does everything I need. The screen is big and bright and the fluidity level is high. Plenty of watch faces for me to choose from. In case you're wondering, I mostly use my watch for time, weather, responding to notifications quickly, and even just looking at what notifications are coming through without having to take my phone out of my pocket. This does all of that and more. I have had Pixel Watch 2, Galaxy Watch (can't remember which), and this takes the cake. Easy setup with my Samsung phone too. Can't recommend enough.

Top 2 Android Wear Watch!
Battery life is fantastic! Watch performs brilliantly and looks great, the asymmetrical design is top shelf. And watchfaces are great I think that's what I miss the most, they're so easy to match to my colorful polo shirts I wear to work. My only gripe, and it was a deal breaker for me, was the weak vibration motor. It's possible I got a bad unit, but the motor was so weak that I had to turn on the notification sound on so I didn't miss notifications, it did work fine to wake me up as an alarm though. Other than that this way h has no weaknesses. I was disappointed that the top button which has a spinning ring on it doesn't function as a rotating crown. Seems like a missed opportunity. If I am ever asked what smartwatch to buy on Android, this is definitely one of my recommendations!

Love it!
I upgraded from a fossil watch 5 Carlyle that I absolutely loved everything about except it's one day battery life. After two years, it started locking up and having battery issues. I have a Samsung phone and was originally going to get the galaxy watch 6 but saw this oneplus as a unique alternative. Got it on prime day plus discover rewards points for a great deal. Battery - let's start here. This thing is amazing! I wore it 4 days straight (sleeping and all) on a camping trip in battery save mode and it still had 64% left after 4 days! Now we have starlink when camping so my ohobe was still getting alerts and notifications the whole time. Battery saver mode still gives you all the notifications in addition to the health functions like heartbeat and sleep tracking. The fossil disables pretty much all those things in battery saver. Youose "smart" features like battery monitor (strangely), and the ability to disable notifications on phone when wearing the watch (also a strange omission). In smart mode with tilt to wake, and with sleep tracking on (but blood O2 tracking off) I can get 4 days easy. I was afraid this watch would be too big since it's 47mm but it's actually a tick thinner than the fossil gen 5 and I can't really tell that it's any heavier or larger on my wrist. I did purchase the dark metal bracelet style band as I prefer that to the silicone bands since my wrists swell in the heat and sweat which is uncomfortable with the rubber band style. Now the kicker is on my fossil gen 5, I had GPS disabled, heart rate tracking disabled, always on screen ON, and was lucky to get 14 hours of use. This oneplus 2 watch I run with all the sensors on, but use tilt to wake because it's soo dang fast to show the time! And it still goes 4 days, maybe more depending on how many notifications you get, and I get a ton. The new android watch OS is very fast and the buttons on the watch have good feedback. Sapphire screen is very smooth, but I worry about cracking it. I used a tempered glass protector on my fossil and replaced it wvey few months because it would chip on the edges. I never used it without the protector, so can't speak to it's durability or if the screen protectors just stuck out a bit higher and we're prone to catching and cracking? There doesn't seem to be much in the way of decent protectors for this watch. The full watch covers collect moisture and look cheap, the glass protectors don't come to the edge fully and ruin the smooth look and feel of this awesome watch. As far as extras, there is a barometric sensor that will tell you approx elevation. It only shows in meters which is dumb but maybe they'll fix that in the next update. It will measure blood oxygen while you sleep to do snore tracking. But using it will cut your battery life in half. So I only use it once in a while to see how bad I'm snoring. There are lots of watch faces and many have customizable widgets you can edit what they display. I wanted a simple large digital display like I had on my fossil nut have settled for the one pictured. I can access stop watch and countdown timer from the screen, as well as view heart rate, step counter, battery level, and outside temperature (awuired through the weather app, not a sensor on the watch). The Ohealth app is the interface app for Android. It will allow you to view the sleep info and exercise data but you can also view those right on the watch. A double press of the lower button activated Google pay, and it works flawlessly and at a greater distance than my fossil would. If the biggest complaint people have about this watch is that it's "large" and that the rotating crown on the top button doesn't do anything, if say this watch is 98% perfect. I wish they made a slightly smaller version in different colors so my wife could upgrade as well. Maybe the 2R will have those options. The premium feel of this stainless body unit is awesome though, and it's really not heavy at all if you're used to wearing a premium on smart watch or fossil smart watch. As far as charging goes, you just use a little usb C powered square Puck with only one charging orientation. I wish there were a third party stand option like I used for my Fossil watch. I see some on Etsy so maybe more will be hitting the market soon? That's actually my biggest complaint is lack of accessories as compared to fossil or Samsung.

Best Smartwatch I’ve Owne
I’ve been using this watch for almost a year now and it’s still working perfectly. The performance is smooth, the battery life remains excellent, and the build quality has held up very well. It’s reliable, comfortable to wear, and looks great for both everyday use and work. Definitely one of the best smartwatches I’ve owned.

Great first time wearable, extended battery life and sharp looks.
This is my first wearable and I'm quite enjoying it. I came from the analogue world wearing a wristwatch for decades before eschewing it for a phone. But I pined for the simplicity of just glancing at my wrist so eventually found my way to the current state of affairs with Pixel/Samsung etc. offerings. The OnePlus Watch 2 hits a lot of the boxes for me, it's quite attractive IMO and large on my 7.5" wrist. I bought a variety of straps to try out and have settled on steel links, and a nice leather one. (didn't like the silicon or metal mesh varieties). My use cases are pretty simple; access to a lot of 'high-end luxury watch' faces and rudimentary health monitoring. Using Watchmaker I was able to import around 113 faces that keep me busy, laugh. The battery lasts me three plus days, though I turn off AOD and some sleep/stress functions. At the reduced price point it's nice to have something on the wrist to glance at again. Recommended. (j4.)

First smart watch and I'm happy.
This is my first smart watch so I don't have a lot to compare this to. I was between this and the OnePlus Watch 2R and the 2 was the winner. Quality : Great! I love the black stainless steel look. It is sharp and pairs really well with aftermarket watch straps! Value : I got this on sale for the price of the 2R. This may be the lower end of prices compared to Samsung and Apple but this isn't a "cheap" watch. Battery : Fantastic. 10/10 for a smart watch. My friends have other brands and they charge theirs nightly to every other night. I am on day 3 right now and still with 55%. I easy get 4-5 days between charges! Software : It seems good to me... I am still learning this watch after about a month. I appreciate the heart rate tracking, step tracking, stress tracking and sp02 tracker. Still playing with the sleep tracker. Notifications are nice and simple to use. My one gripe is I wish I could set the reset time everyday for tracking. As a midnight shift worker I would really like to set it to noon rather than midnight. I am really happy with this watch, I just need to get more familiar with it over time.

Excellent in all respects
The OnePlus 2 watch is an excellent and (with the right bracelet) beautiful watch which has all the important functions and facilities one could reasonably need at an astonishingly modest price. I have had both cheap and premium branded smart watches over the years, including the Apple, Ticwatch Pro 5 and Samsung Galaxy 5 Pro and they have all disappointed in one way or another. With its superb battery, amazing clarity and original design, the OnePlus 2 Radiant Steel is better than all of them with regard to quality, efficiency, styling, charging speed, battery life and value for money. What's more, the all important OHealth app that goes with this watch is, unlike most other apps, a wonderful piece of accurate software, as elegant in it's simplicity as it is efficient in it's methodology and design. Quite honestly, for just over £200, you cannot and will not do better.

Gran compra.
