Universal Double Magazine Pouch, 9mm .40 Double Stack Mag Holder

The holster came early, the AMAZON way!! It was exactly as advertised. Fits and works better than expected. Working great with my mag reload drills. Would recommend the purchase. Put aside the price is so cheap, you will get many years of use out of it.

Fits Glock double stack mags perfect. Standard mag holder really, with tension screw in between the mags to adjust tension as desired. I selected the paddle style because where I work I have to enter multiple buildings a day where you cannot carry a firearm so, like my firearm holster, I prefer a paddle style as I can easily remove them and put them back on without fiddling with my belt. I rides nice and close to the body. I was shocked by a few of the 1 star reviews, one stating that the tensioning screws will dent your mags. For others reading the reviews, those are not tensioning screws, they are simply extra screws that attach the belt clip or the paddle to the mag holder, which is a nice touch. I'm not sure what the two holes in the face of each mag holder are for but I just checked and sure enough, with a little force you can get those two screws to thread in there. Please don't do that. There was also one with a pic that said it didn't fit his single stack mag at all no matter how much he tightened down on the tension screw. Please read the description, it clearly states it's for a double stack mag.

I have a Sig-Sauer P229 with both a .40 and .357sig barrels. The magazines I have for the pistol will hold and feed both calibers. I wanted a paddle type mag holder for the range rather than having to carry extra mags in my pocket. The holder is decently made and it is adjustable so I was able to get a good firm fit on my mags without being too tight. With adjustment this holder should work with about any make double stack mag in the .9mm to .40 range. Paddle works well by holding secure on my belt but not difficult to remove when I want to do so. Like I said, great fit on the mags so getting them out for a mag change is easy. I think for the quality and function this mag has a decent price. I would buy again and I do recommend.

this works with Smith and Wesson (S&W) M&P 2.0 mags (17 rounds). i removed the rubber grommet and cranked the retention screw almost completely down, but i like my cartridges stuck in there real good. I can shake the mag holder upside down and the mags won't fall out.

This looks like very good quality to me, however, out of the box it would not grip my double stack 9mm magazines very well. I tightened down the tension screw as far as it would go and I still had a magazine slip out when turned upside down. There is a rubber grommet on the tension screw between the two magazine slots. After I removed this grommet, it will tighten up a little further. It now grips both magazines really well. I would still prefer a snapping retainer strap, but I am comfortable with the grommet removed for maximum tension. Other brand magazines may well need the grommet left in place.

good solid and fits into my tactical belt perfectly. would buy another one.

fits a pistol belt and works as advertised. my only issue with this holster is that even after adjusting the tension screw magazines can fall out a little too easily. The inside is smooth hard plastic which makes the magazines slide out a little too well to the point I am concerned about them falling out. for down at the range, static training it works well.
