The criticism of this projector is laughable. Most of those comments coming from folks who've never owned a higher end projector. I've owned projectors for 15 years , most costing between $1K to $1500. This projector would rate respectively in image quality with those projectors. Keep in mind, its over a decade later. Technology is improving all of our products, so its no knock on the older projectors. They were what they were for their time. Given that, I cant express how impressed I am with the quality of this projector costing under $100 ( purchased mine at $69, now selling for $59.) I say this is a steal for those looking for an introduction to lifestyle projectors and projectors in general. The image quality is outstanding and projects a strong image in light controlled (darker) rooms. In rooms with some ambient light it is respectable, Keep in mind that although some of these projectors are marketed as replacements to a 1000 nits television set, it is not. Projectors are designed to simulate the experience of being in a movie theater. This is a great option for childrens rooms and evening viewings outdoors. I use it as a bedroom television. I project my images over my bed. If you install android developer software you can go into the display options and set a timer to shut the projector down when a streaming program has completed. Also , this being a LED projector, you dont have to be concerned about changing bulbs every few years. LED/Laser technology has an estimated lifetime of 20K hours. Thats roughly 10 year if you watch at least 5 hours every single day. You'll get a new one before this burns out. The newest feature of these portables is the lifestyle design, meaning that an OS is built into the projector. You can install all the streaming apps that you subscribe to into the projector. its an all in one unit that you can pick up and use anywhere. For a novelty item its the best thing i've picked up in years under $100.

I think the projector is great for what it is, a cheaper projector. The fan is louder than the built in speakers but it can connect to external speakers easily. I've got a sound bar connected via Bluetooth which was very easy to connect. My biggest issue with the projector is Hulu doesn't work, Hulu for Android app lets me login and select a vid, but it can't start playing them. The full Hulu app isn't supported with the OS so no luck there either. Going to chrome, and logging into Hulu doesn't work either. So far this is the only app that doesn't work so it works great, most of the time. The best alternative I found was to share my screen, then cast to the device, or start the vid on my laptop and use an hdmi cord.

This 180° rotatable design makes it a best projector for projecting onto wall ceiling. Automatic keystone correction is one of the other notable feature which is very impressive. I no longer need to manually adjust the projector to fix the screen size. I can easily adjust keystone using the remote control; especially when I use it in my bedroom side table and want to project in the center of the bed view. I totally love this keystone feature which is missing even in high cost projectors. Couple of drawback, first one is the speakers which are not good and it has too much distortion. I wish it has better the speaker output. Second issue is the remote- button clicks are too loud and annoying. Wish it was little smooth and not with butterfly buttons. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the Mini Projector Portable with Android 11. Its combination of high-resolution visuals, smart functionalities, and versatile design make it a top choice for anyone in need of a portable projector for home entertainment or professional use. I just bought the Mini Projector Portable with Android 11, and it's a game-changer! The native Full HD resolution and support for 4K deliver stunning visuals. First the good parts: this is a 1080P only projector but the image can be quite sharp an acceptable, even close up and an equivalent 100" size on the wall. It comes with an older version of Android (11), but this seems sufficient and you can download newer apps (the preloaded ones are already out of date) from the play store. However there are compromises: 1. The sound is not super great, its barely loud enough but is tinny 2. The projector has a very loud fan noise, which coupled with 1 may make it hard to hear 3. The CPU is a little slow, not terribly slow, but not instant like something like an Apple TV 4. The auto keystone feature really doesn't work at all. Thankfully, the manual adjustment is easy and it stays across reset. However, if you plan to take this projector around to different locations, be aware that you will have to adjust it every time manually 5. The vertical height adjustment is in fixed segments, so it can't be perfectly vertically centered on the wall by just the adjustment. If you have a fixed screen you might have to resort to manually raising the projector by putting it on something 6. While this can produce a generally sharp image, mine is slightly out of focus on the far left side. This is not super noticeable watching videos, but if you are presenting text it will be very noticeable.
