Review: Worked better than anything else — broken toe. - I was hesitant to purchase these based on the bad reviews, but I’m glad I did. I broke my pinkie toe and nothing I did provided relief or stability. The Urgent Care center wrapped my toe with medical tape and wrapped that tape around the toe next to it as a splint, and it just fell off and caused pain and pulling constantly. Even with tape or gauze strapping them together it was painful. These little straps are GREAT and better than anything else I tried. The straps have non slip material on the inside that is gel like so it’s comfortable and it doesn’t slip off. You can adjust the tightness for times when you really need it and loosen it at night or when relaxing. It’s a really great product if you break your toe — comes two in a pack, it’s cheap, it doesn’t slip off, it’s adjustable, and gives stability. Review: Useless and uncomfortable - I bought this for my 4th toe that I broke. I keep trying these and I don't know why because they are never helpful or comfortable. They are huge and bulky. You will feel soreness just from wearing these. They are so long that they end of being rather thick and as you walk you can feel it. There are better options out there. And frankly, after 6 months of a broken toe I'm an expert. To be honest, the thing that works the very best is good old fashioned comfort gauze type self sticking tape. These wraps are convenient I suppose if your in a rush but the old fashioned bandages work the very best.

A broken toe is uncomfortable either way you swing it. Does provide protection
Kind of bulky but with a broken toe provides great support. Just kinda irritates your toes if worn for too long.

Great idea, poor execution
I was disappointed by this product. It is a great idea and I thought it would be a great option instead of using tape on my toes. While it’s a great idea, there is a design flaw that makes it challenging. The loop that you put on the toe is too big for any toe except the large one. As a result, the product, when wrapped, is bulky and not very comfortable to have between toes (again, unless using the big toe). This product would be better with an adjustable loop. This would allow the user to fit it properly to the toe and cut off any excess strap not needed. I went back to using tape after about 24 hours using this product. The Velcro is also a little scratchy and irritating against the toes. I don’t think this would be the case if it weren’t for how bulky it is to wear. Such a bummer!

REALLY STAYS ON YOUR TOES
The only product of this kind that is actually non-slip, thanks to some kind of non-slip backing on it.

Too Thick. They rub and hurt to wear
Great idea but material is too thick and rough. You wont be able to wear them for a day without feeling like you are stepping on something sharp/irritating. Also the loop on the end is huge. Not sure why. Instructions are fairly vague about how to install. But then again, its just a splint. Trust the other reviewers. These arent comfortable.

Great little product!
If you accidentally kick the leg of a chair like I did, you know there isn’t much to do for a sprain and/or torn ligament in your toe. This little invention which easily wraps around your toe and it’s “buddy” has helped me tremendously. For 2 weeks I limped around the house and then looked for a solution. It was a toe buddy. I found one at Amazon and got it rather quickly. I am in no more pain while I wait for my toe to heal.

Don't waste your money unless you have freakishly large Wookie toes
This item was too large and too thick. I wear a women's size 9.5 - 10, so not like I ever thought I'd write something was too big for my foot. I bought it for a broken pinky toe. It was difficult to get to stay in place, even when sleeping. That alone wouldn't have warranted one star (I would give less than one if I could). However, even when it did stay in place, it was too thick between my pinky and the supporting toe, which became excruciatingly painful as the day wore on. Better off using nothing than using this, which is what I had to do since I was at work.
