Great product!
It's hard to find iodine Supplements with a very low iodine level, which is what is recommended for health. These fit the bill and organic!

helped with sudden weight gain
We have been grain & added sugar free for 4 years. We eat all organic meats and mostly organic veggies. Most veggies are locally grown or straight from our garden. We ferment our own foods and make super yogurts like reuteri & casei shirota. I lift weights daily at home for strength training. We seemed to be doing everything correct but were still having weight loss issues. In fact, I gained 15 lbs without changing anything. I track my calories/carbs and the change with me was sudden. After reading Dr. Davis' book "Undoctored", I really came to think it was an iodine issue for both of us. It made a lot of sense based on symptoms. We have begun to supplement with iodine recently and I have actually lost 3 lbs without making any other changes. Energy has also picked up. My husband's feet are no longer "cold" and he has complained about this for awhile. We chose this brand because I was familiar with it and also it was a limited ingredient product with no fillers, emulsifiers, or preservatives. I believe I made a good choice with this supplement and will continue to use it. Will update if there are more results, however we already more than notice the difference.

Seem good...not sure about whether the dosage is right since they aren't regulated
I'm a vegan, so I need to make sure I get iodine. So these are good for that. I worry though that the dosage isn't regulated. Am I getting the right dose that is listed or like 10x more because they use kelp? I don't know. It sucks that supplements aren't regulated or tested at least for dosage, but that's a larger issue. I think I have noticed a difference since I started taking these. Seem to improve energy levels and reduce dark lines around my eyes, but it's hard to tell. I just take a few per week, even though they're supposed to be the right daily dosage. I just don't want to OD on iodine from kelp. Maybe I'm mistaken, but better safe than sorry. Would be an issue with any supplement probably, but these are greenish, which leads me to believe they use kelp, which is very high in iodine. The ideal would be just to buy seaweed sheets from Natural Grocers or something, but that's just crazy expensive. Anyway, these seem to be good.

No side effects and it works
My functional medicine doctor wanted me to start taking iodine. I was a little nervous because I read many people talk about stomach upset and side effects with iodine supplements. I didn’t have any issues with this brand. It’s small and easy to swallow and elevated my iodine levels to where she wanted them to be.

I'm not sure entirely WHAT this stuff does, but it's doing something
A good friend of mine suggested I start taking iodine for my depression, so I ordered some and when it arrived I began taking it. I didn't notice anything at first, or at all, actually. I just kept taking it because my buddy told me it might help. I ordered the first bottle in, I want to say April and by mid-May I noticed one week that I was having a really great week; I felt energized, I had an elevated mood and overall I just felt fantastic. But the following week I felt terrible-- I was down in the dumps, having crying jags and once again I could barely get out of bed because of my depression. Anyway, I concluded that it wasn't the iodine that made me feel so fantastic for one week in mid-May so I decided I'd let the supply run out. I went about three weeks without iodine and noticed I felt different in a way that I'm still not sure how to put my finger on. I talked about this with my brother who takes supplements and vitamins (he buys from the Alex Jones store but I don't judge him for it) and he said he's experienced a similar feeling with the supplements he takes, that once they run out he feels a little "off" until he can get more. So I decided to order some more iodine and once again, I don't feel all that different now that I'm taking it again so I can't really pinpoint what's going on. I should note, I'm bipolar and autistic, and take several psychiatric medications on top of this iodine. I was really just going on the whim of my buddy who said this would be a good idea. So I'm hoping that I'll get another great week or two out of this iodine stuff because like I said, I don't know what was going on in mid-May, whether it was just a personal feeling of well-being or if I was really being impacted by the iodine in a positive way. It's very difficult to say and I don't know what's really happening with myself because of my own pre-existing mental illnesses but I will continue to take one iodine pill a day and see what happens.

This Does the Trick!
I developed a goiter from NOT getting enough iodine--which is very unusual in the USA! I never eat salt (which comes fortified with iodine by law). Yes, our soil that our vegetables grow in has iodine naturally so our vegetables have iodine. Yes, I was simply not getting enough iodine and through a period of 20 years developed a goiter because my thyroid was trying to over compensate. Goiter is benign, most of the time--it is just an enlarged thyroid. Your thyroid needs iodine to function. If you are getting enough iodine then taking a supplement is bad for you. It can cause health problems. Getting too much or not enough is equally bad. So visit your doctor. Find out for sure. However, since I needed to take a supplement, this one was recommended and certainly does the trick. I have more energy and feel balanced and healthier. Recommended, if you need an added supplement of iodine. 8/24/19 Update: Still recommend this brand. However, want to place a word of caution out there. If you take more than the one pill per day, the iodine will make personality changes (only temporary changes) that will not be nice. You will be more irrigatable, more loud and bossy and angry and upset---so just take the one pill per day--and if you find yourself experiencing these changes, let up on dosage for a few days to a week, allow the overdose of iodine to fully eliminated from your body, and then return to it. I sometimes think if one is good then 3 or four is better. No, it isn't. I went that route for a week. Wasn't a pleasant person, at all. Those of you who said you feel nothing on this product must not need iodine. This is a potent product. Use wisely.
