Amazon=best customer service ever!
I had a faulty product when I first got this shipment, I called customer service and they were extremely polite. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was shipped a new, properly working product within one day! It was easy to talk with the representative and he really cared about my inconvenience. I can't say enough good things about this product and Amazon. The metronome keeps perfect time now, thanks! -Nick

My first metronome was super buggy, but the excellent customer service got me a replacement that works great very quickly. Needed it for the same reason most people do - Cangelosi!

modern but old
This metronone works really well. We needed a time keeping device that we could see working rather than the automatic types that just produce sound. It has helped to visualize the beat happening as opposed to the inexpensive ticker devices. Going back to an old device worked better. The clear case is attractive and adds a modern touch.

Broke after 3 months
I bought this because of the transparent look. Like another reviewer mentioned, at first it seemed great, but later I also noticed it going out of beat sometimes. However since we're not professional musicians I thought I could still keep it. After about 3 months of almost daily use for about 1 hour each, it completely broke down. After winding up, the spring/coil mechanism just uncoils right back without being regulated by the pendulum like before.

Out of beat
I bought this as a present for an advanced violin student. She was very happy and pleased at first, but then she told me the metronome went out of beat after a couple seconds/minutes. This was backed up by a professional violinist with vast experience. I myself can't rate it, but for it's looks and price, which are great, but I though about posting this so people can have a different idea.
