Best resin I have ever used
I have tried many brands of resin; finally found a resin I will continue to purchase for my craft work. This resin is truly non toxic, no stinky odor, very forgiving and easy to work with. The first time I used this resin, I didn't warm up the 2 bottles of resin; thus trying to pour/use a craft stick to put the resin where I wanted, was like working with thick, sticky honey. I read somewhere that the resin could be warmed by putting both bottles in warm water. Next time, I tried this, and the resin had a thinner, much more workable consistency. Put the mixed resin in 1 oz plastic squeeze bottles to fill earring backs and pendant trays; worked like a charm. Then used a heat gun over all jewelry pieces to remove bubbles. Resin was dry and clear next day, then I let the pieces cure for 2 more days. Result: Glossy clear as glass. There is a reasonable amount of time, after 2 parts of resin are mixed, to do your pours. I find that a little resin goes a long way, therefore making this resin very affordable for my projects. Just ordered the 32 oz size. Additional factor I like about the art n glow resin is you mix 2 equal parts together; not 1 part of a, and 2 parts of b, etc. I estimate ahead of time how much total resin I need for my jewelry, then pour for example 2 Tablespoons measured water into a small plastic cup, mark a line with sharpie on outside, then pour another 2 Tablespoons of water into cup, mark a line on cup with sharpie. (always dry the cup out before put resin in.) This way, it makes it easy and convenient to mix up the amount of resin I need without waste, and I can get exact equal amounts of both parts. Thank you to both Art n Glow and amazon for bringing us the wonderful product!

Proper ventilation a must
I've never done anything with resin before, but now seemed like a good enough time to try it out. I went ahead and gave it a go and this kit was relatively straightforward. I bought some pretty standard silicon molds from elsewhere on Amazon, just flat coasters and ornaments and tried out a few different applications and methods. This is about as many as I could make with the resin contained in this batch. (minus the pink and white one on the far left/top -- that is made with white Elmers glue, which is an inefficient method). All in all, I made 13 total coasters/ornaments, which is a decent amount. The quality of the resin seems fine, but you really do need to mix them for a decent amount of time to make sure that they properly set. I used wooden chopsticks and condiment cups from jello shots, which seemed to do the trick-- though I know some of the silicon mold kits come with mixing tools. For me, the two biggest takeaways were that a heat gun was a weirdly necessary tool. I already have one for heat shrinking electronics, but it helps to get rid of excess air bubbles and to get a nicer glossier finish and it's kind of a must? My quality on my casts got substantially better when I used it. The other is that this stuff is just about the most toxic substance I've worked with outside of spray insulation; when it says that you should wear gloves and a mask, it's really not kidding around. The fumes on this thing are pretty intense. Luckily one of the only perks of 2020 is that I have masks-a-plenty and a bunch of nitrile gloves, but without that, this hobby would have been super toxic. Just something to keep in mind. The first few prints are definitely the worst! I think it's still a good beginner hobby, something to learn on, and there's a lot of fun different things to play with and put in it. This kit was a decent entryway into it.

Best Resin Yet!
TL;DR: Best out of 6 different resin brands I tried, super long work time, 40 MINUTES no joke! Cures glass clear, plays well w/pigment, alch ink, paint, mica. “Let’s Resin” molds don’t play well w/Art N Glow, pieces stick, mold tears. NEED mold release spray, I use Castin Craft, then everything is right in the resin world again. (not resin/user error, only L.R. Molds. Read below for in depth explanation.) This is by far the BEST resin I’ve worked with. I was buying resin in smaller bottles to see which I liked the best, Art ‘N Glow was the sixth resin brand I bought & it’s the last. Long work time 40 mins after it’s mixed it’s still pourable & bubbles are almost nonexistent. When there are, they pop easily w/a touch of heat. Takes mica, alcohol ink, pigment & acrylic paints great & mixes easily. Mentioning it’s ease of pigments/paint cause other resin I bought, like Unicone Art did not, it took pigment but a few like green & black made resin have a weird reaction, it gelled instantly. Art N Glow works well w/an array of molds found on Amazon, but if it’s Let’s Resin Molds, I have to use mold release spray by Castin Craft (Hobby Lobby had best price). For some reason it’s only that particular brand, Lets Resins’ molds it sticks to after cured. No, it’s not user error, I’ll have 4-5 molds set out, pour my resin & next day, all but that particular brands mold come out with ease. It’s not the resin cause as mentioned I’ve tried many others. To be perfectly honest, I have yet to find a fault with this resin. I hope my review is thorough & perhaps helps someone. I’ll try my best to answer any questions submitted through Amazon up above the reviews section.

Great for beginners
I purchased this as a new beginner to resin. I liked the reviews I read. This resin is easy to use. I do get bubbles even when I warm up the resin in warm/hot water. However, they do go away with the application from my heat gun that does not blow a lot of air, just heat. I do go over it every ten minutes for about an hour. I find I like that it stays soft/liquid in the 45 minutes I am working with it. I have cats and I can find those pesky hairs and get them out easily enough. I then cover my work with a plastic tub for 24 hours. I do notice a slight smell, most likely from heating it with the gun. I have used these bottles in their entirety and I will buy again for my doming projects. I did use them in molds and have had some success but I am still working out the bubble issue. I believe I have to have a warmer environment but it is winter and hard to manage. So in conclusion I do recommend this product.

Clear results and easy to mix
I use this epoxy resin a lot and have ordered it in several different sizes. The 1:1 mixing ratio is great because it’s very easy to blend and requires no calculations. It blends easily and truly does not yellow over time. You get about 40 minutes of work time, though it does start to get hot after about 30 minutes. My only real issue is that it bubbles quite a bit during the mixing process. Also, be sure to use a respirator mask because the fumes are very pungent. Overall, it’s a great product that I continue to use for my projects.

Great product!
This was my very first time using epoxy resin. I did some research and became nervous after reading a bunch of resin horror stories online. I decided to give this brand a try because I felt like it best suited my needs for my specific project. I used the epoxy resin to seal pressed rose petals onto a clear phone case. It acts as an extra layer between the phone case itself and the petals. I am very pleased with the results! I made sure the 1:1 ratio of resin and hardener was exact and it cured perfectly. It is very clear; it looks like there isn’t even an extra layer of coating on top of the petals. The epoxy didn’t spill over the edges of the phone case, so it self-levels very well. It also has little to no odor, which is a plus. There were barely any air bubbles, and when some did appear, they were easy to pop/scrape out. I also made a little keychain with this epoxy resin and it turned out perfect. Once it cured, it was very easy to pop out of the silicone molding. I definitely recommend this epoxy resin!

Very Thick
So this was the brand that I started off with for the first time working with resin. I’ve made coasters, keychains, and charms with this brand and I really enjoyed it. It was hard managing the bubbles at first (you get a lot of bubbles to be honest but if you learn a few tricks to help get rid of them, it minimizes the damage). I was going to keep using this brand until I visited Etsy and bought a sample off of one of the shops. Honestly, this resin doesn’t even compare to how easy the other brand is (and the others from different Etsy shops I’ve tried). The hardener is very, very thick, so even when you begin mixing it, your resin is of a much thicker consistency than a few other brands so bubbles happen much more frequently in mixing in my experience. I really like the end result when you’ve managed to minimize the bubbles— it’s crystal clear, hard, sturdy, and looks very good. It’s just that I don’t recommend this for beginners who aren’t equipped to handle the amount of bubbles this produces. Definitely shop around some more before deciding to go with this one. I don’t think I’ll swear this brand off for good just yet simply because it’s conveniently accessible through prime, and it worked really well for doming when, again, the bubbles are controlled. But for casting and making jewelry and charms, I do recommend looking around elsewhere and trying things out before checking this one out.

Great stuff, easy to use, great finished results
Super easy to use, great instructions, and great results! I used it to fill cracks in a live edge bartop and it worked flawlessly. I taped the bottom of the cracks and clamped a 2x4 to the bar under the tape, because the tape will sag and leak if left unsupported. I had a 1" wide crack to fill, about 2 feet long, as well as other various cracks. Couldn't be happier with the results. I even have some leftover.

Poor product
It doesn’t give the desired stiffness as the top part is still very fluid even after drying it for 48 hrs
