Works as intended.
How I used the product: I poured entire contents of bottle into a 2012 Toyota Camry Hybrid XLE. The car had roughly 12-13 gallons of gas when I used it. I drove mostly normally, but used engine braking to increase rpm downhill or whenever possible. It took roughly 1.5 weeks for the fuel containing 505 CRF to be used. Why I purchased the product: I mainly purchased the product as a way to fix what I felt like was throttle lag. The acceleration felt weak. Fuel economy was also a consideration on the value of this product to me. My concerns: I was skeptical of this product working due to my car being hybrid. Within the past 2 years I have also changed my Hybrid battery and noticed better fuel economy with that, but performance was still lacking in my opinion. What I experienced with CRF 505: At first, I didn't notice any changes. Not for several days driving. The car still felt "squishy" as it had been. Then somewhere between 1/2 and 1/4 it starting feeling much more responsive. The acceleration is smooth, fast, and stronger than ever. The car went from being a bit of a chore to drive to becoming fun. It feels much safer to have the car be responsive to my controls. Gas economy(full transparency): I am sure many people that get product's first concern is if this will generate enough value from the save fuel economy. I don't have enough data currently to be conclusive due to several factors such as: I haven't had fuel filter cleaned, I haven't driven a full tank of since using the product, I rely on the mpg avg display which can be off several percentage(even -/+ 5% is the difference between ~4mpg in a Camry), and driving style(due to difference in acceleration driving is slightly more "aggressive". My opinion(Should you use it): I am more than happy with my purchase. The product did what I wanted it to do. The performance improvement alone is enough Value for the Money for me, and any fuel economy is just a bonus. I believe that if I had used it on 5-7 gallons of gas it would have probably helped the fuel economy more than me using it on >12 gallons. The only reason I would have to not buy the product again: It worked correctly the first time! Follow up plan: My follow up plan is to follow this up with occasional fuel treatment using Marvel's Mystery oil, and to pay attention to my mpg to see if any changes.

Highly recommended
Expensive, but it's the one fuel treatment that produces noticeable effects. Increased fuel economy, smooth acceleration and idling.

Works as intended.
I bought this for a Hyundai Tucson which is known to consume oil and cause carbon buildup regularly. In October 2024 I went to Kia for their $700 engine clean out which did make it better but was still stuttering and consuming oil. I bought this in January 2025 and have drove the car 2,000 miles. The car has not hardly consumed any oil which the dealership said could happen with their product. This tells me this product has worked well cleaning the deposit buildup and the car has since ran smoothly. I can’t say it’s increased the MPGs much but it definitely worked. I also used it on my 2021 John Deere mower which was having a rough idle. It has also worked on it stopping it from revving while idling. The only problem I have with this product is the cap was broken from shipping and a couple ounces have seeped out. The company wouldn’t let me return it which was frustrating to pay so much per ounce and lose some of it. But still I highly recommend it and I will use again.

Works, If You Actually Receive the Product.
First off, this is the second time I ordered this product but the first time I actually received it. Last time I never received my order and had to be refunded. Credit to the seller this time it arrived exactly as stated within two days. I tried to leave a bad review last time, but Amazon would not let me do so. Now for the product review itself. I'm sure most of us are here because of Scotty Kilmer and his praise of "Bernie's Cleaner" and so far, so good. Being it's only been one day. I did exactly what Scotty recommended after pouring the CRF fuel cleaner in my gas tank. I drove it around for about 40 minutes with the rpm's between 3500-4000 keeping it in 2nd or 3rd gear the whole time. My car is a 2007 Corolla with over 200,000 miles on it. I'm the second owner and I got the car from my aunt when she passed away, she bought it new. For years she had a problem with the cars long term fuel trim percentages being over 30 tripping the check light or "MIL" and giving a code P0171. Most of the time for this particular code it's the intake manifold gasket sucking in or allowing too much air into the system, but she already had the gasket replaced. So, I did the usual tests, 02 sensors, fuel pump pressure, exhaust manifold cracks before the 02 sensor ect... With no luck, I wanted to try the Bernie's cleaner, but I like I said I never received it, so I opted for some Royal Purple fuel injector cleaner which Scotty actually used on a Corolla in one of his videos. It actually worked for about 7 months but then the MIL light came back on. Today is August 31, 2025, I got the cleaner yesterday poured it into the car with about 1/4 tank of gas. I drove to the gas station, filled the car up with 93 octane and drove it around. Before doing so, I wrote my mileage down and checked everything with my ODB scan tool. I watched the live data as I drove around for the 40 minutes and the long term fuel trim went down from 34 to 25 by the time I got back home with the short term fuel trim reading around -1.6 and currently no code or pending code. Now that was with just one day and 40-60 minutes of total drive time. I plan on doing the same drive cycle today once the rain lets up and I will update this review as time goes by. I hope this helps others in deciding whether or not to try this product. As of right now, today, I would recommend it. But only time will tell.

Tried and true it works.
I’ve spent plenty of money on things for my 97 Jeep TJ to make the engine run better. I put it in the tank and took it for 100 mile drive next morning. I got up and noticed the engine ran much better. I took it on a 45 mile ride and could tell the motor was running better and better I’m now down to 1/8 of a tank. It idle is better sounds better and runs better. This is the only additive I could truly tell something was going on. It’s expensive but you better believe in about 5000 miles I’ll be putting it in again. Update 10/30/25 Still believe that this additive makes a huge difference in motor. My motor runs smoothly and more responsive than ever before. It’s nice to have confidence in my motor. Update 11-27. Ordered more for my son’s car with 275k miles. He also feels the difference in motor performance.

Buy it! Great product
Outstanding product! After a week of putting this in the gas tank (and following the directions) I've noticed a 2 MPG increase in mileage. Big deal right? This SD F250 6.2 only got 10.2mpg before and now it's 12.5mpg. I would recommend this product to anyone needing better fuel mileage in a HD truck. Dave

If you're not having trouble, skip it.
I have less than 93,000 miles on my 2015 Chevy Silverado (5.3L V8). I used this at a little over 92,000 miles even though I wasn't having any issues. Engine has always run great, though I wanted better fuel economy. I was getting around 16-18MPG (combined city/highway -- to be fair, I drive a little aggressively). After using this and running a couple more tanks through, my mileage has dropped to 14-16MPG. It runs the same as before (trouble-free). Maybe the mileage will even back out. I'll update if that happens and certainly if it rises above what I was getting. Based on other reviews, I'm sure that if you're having rough-running engine trouble, this can probably help. If your engine is running fine, based on my experience, I'd recommend saving the $50 for something else.
