We feel the pads should last longer.It would be much more economical if the pads could be bought separately .

The Weisner Incontinence Clamp is a well-made and secure clamp that works well. It may need a little sanding to get rid of hard edges before use. My 2 previous Weisner clamps both broke near the ratcheted part after many months of use, hence 4 stars.

meh, kinda worked and then made me leak. I no longer use it after a week or trying.

After discovering having stage 3 advanced prostate cancer and having a radical prostectomy then 39 treatments of radiation, incontinence was a problem. Even after weeks of physical theropy and daily kegle exercise for 45 minutes a day for many weeks, incontinence was still a problem, even taking oxybutin to control the problem. I saw this product on the internet and thought let's give it a try. It has been a game changer. When wearing this item I can now lift weights, do yard work and many other activities without leakage. For me, taking 4 sheets of toilet paper folded up to the same size as device then put inside the item makes it super comfortable. You need to go to the bathroom about every 2 hours when awake to make sure there is no full bladder with no way to void. Been using item for 4 weeks and highly recommend for those that have a similar problem. Suggest to get it tighter than you may think but short of causing pain.

I was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2017. I immediately had robotic surgery which turned into a full prostate removal. 90% of my nerve tissue was also removed. PC likes to grow into the nerves. Three years later it was back and I had 35 radiation treatments that rendered me mostly incontinent. Then I required 150 two hour hyperbaric oxygen treatments for radiation cystitis. (That’s 300 hours breathing 100% oxygen while in a pressurized tank at about 40PSI) and then another 5 high intensity radiation treatments because It came back again in 2025. Next came Lupron injections. I feel like I’ve been through a lot but I thought this device would help me get through my days without worrying that my pads were going to overflow out in public. I thought wrong. Penile atrophy from the treatments (inevitable) has left me with not enough shaft to use this devices. When I sit down or bend over it slides right off. You can imagine what happens. For me that relates to an effectiveness of zero.

This has been the most tolerable clamp I have found. No clamp is 100% irritation free. My only complaint is they break at the same spot after a few weeks of use. The lower side breaks on the clamp end right at the line where the lower cushion mount slides in. A little reinforcement there would do the trick. (See photos)
