I bought my Galaxy Active5 almost a year ago and I've always found it curious that the case it came with isn't all that rugged. It does seem to protect the tablet but it's not grippy, which makes drops more likely and makes it prone to sliding off a vehicle seat if you corner or brake suddenly. This Rantice case solves that problem and adds the functionality of a kickstand and a hand strap on the back. Both make the tablet more convenient to use and hold. And the silicone outer protective cushioning keeps it from sliding around and gives it that rugged, chunky feel I want. Installation is easy, but you do have to take it step-by-step. You get a good illustrated instruction card that provides the details, but you just need to take the case apart by releasing each clip, then remove the silicone outer cover, then set the tablet in place. (It fits perfectly.) Then just reverse the steps to put it back together. It takes about 5 minutes if you don't rush. A case like this that adds a kickstand, outer cushioning, and a hand strap does make your tablet a little more bulky, but I don't think that's a bad thing as it's more comfortable to handle. The only potential negatives, depending on how you use the device, would be that it will no longer lay flat on a table, owing to the hand strap on the back. And the attachment point for the stylus, while secure right now, might loosen once you remove the stylus and put it back many times. To address this potential issue, I purchased a lanyard separately and will attach the stylus with that if it seems no longer to be held securely. Right now I don't feel like I need it. This case is a good value for the money not only because it looks sharp and fits well, but also because it is going to increase the usefulness of my tablet. I will take it more places and use it more often because it's better protected and easier to handle. And that's why I wanted a rugged tablet in the first place.

It's pretty well made. Seems durable and protective, easy to install and uninstall, fits glass protector as well. Though I do find the pen holder is too loose for the stylus, I was worried about it falling out so I didn't bother to put it in long term but your mileage may vary

Works and fits well on the Samsung tab active 3 and 5 The kickstand works well. I'm always on a roof or on a ladder playing with security camera or radio antennas or under a hood doing something and having a Samsung tab active on the job. This case keeps the tablet safe from a kickstand to stap hanging around I never have to worry about this tablet getting damaged good stuff.

Fit perfectly

Fits a little lose but I'm happy with the quality. The stand is hard to get out unless you have long fingernails. Otherwise i use a butter knife to pull out the back tab the stand is a little flimsy but it works.

The tablet looks and performs like new! Fast shipping! The white pen didn't match, but works fine. I'm happy.

It's product does not fit a 10.1 inch tablet as described it does not grip it it is not fit the tablet. The description said revel 2tablet it does not fit it at all.

I got this case for a tablet I use for work. The best feature is the handle which makes it easy to carry and hold without having to grip the tablet so hard with your hands while you’re trying to type it also has a kickstand that allows the tablet to sit up When you’re working again an opportunity to not hold it while you’re trying to type saving the health of your hands it is sturdy and rugged. It does add to the weight of the tablet and is very hard to get off but that means it stays put. Protects lThe tablet very well
