ABUS chain 12KS Loop - additional security for scooters, motorbikes, bicycles - length 80 cm

Quality chain, exactly what you expect from ABUS, very heavy, check the length is what you want.

Fantastic great quality robust chain and great price too! Great security..

Been using it for a few months now. I’ve not had anyone try to take my bike which is good but also not a good test of the chain itself. It’s pretty hefty and long enough to go round my tyre or my suspension if I thread it through and connect it to a loop. Quite easy to manoeuvre and doesn’t take up much space if you chuck it in a compartment or a bag

Huge chain links, clean without a spec of rust so far. I found I can wear it like a belt using steel S hooks that I had. It's a perfect length to put around a large post and slip the last link onto a U lock that slides through the rear wheel and includes the seat stays. Get a U lock that just fits your tire and seat stays with very little extra space left inside it. For my 2.35" tires, I bought the kovix Alarm U-Lock KTL14-150. This is the safest method as explained by thebestbikelock dot com for making it difficult for a thief to defeat. No part of the chain should be near the ground so bolt cutters cannot be leveraged against the ground. Remember to position the lock's keyhole facing down, not facing up so it is harder to pick or insert glue.

Solid chain. Perfect for field gates. Ideal for multi-lok padlocks where extra security is needed.

Excellent chain, the length is just what I wanted. I can't understand why people give these chains one star. Saying that it's to short! That's not the chains fault, it clearly shows the measurements.

Excellent chain yet to be cut

Great quality , should deter the most determined thief? For a short chain it weighs a ton! Peace of mind though is worth it .
