So I swear A LOT. I mean A LOT. It’s embarrassing. I am only 39 and I don’t have any other sign of menopause except that and brain fog. So not sure if I am even going through the early stages or not. What I do know is that since starting this 3 weeks ago this past week i have not sweated as much as I usually do. It’s significantly less. I was taking the one a day before this and ran out. I did more research and noticed this brand has genistein genVida and that ingredient helps more with hot flashes than Isoflavones. From the research I’ve read. I took the one a day for 2 months and this one for almost a month and I must say centrum menopause support works best for me. The pill size is much smaller and easier to swallow. There is no funny aftertaste. The ingredients are great. It has also helped boost my energy levels. It’s a must try for any of my girlies going through what I have went through for many many months.

I have tried so many products to help relieve hot flashes and night sweats. I do notice a difference while using this product, but it seems that no matter what product I use, I still have intervals of inconsistency. Some days I get no hot flashes or very little, and then randomly on some days it's like I'm not taking anything. For the most part, I do like these, but it would be nice to find a product that helps consistently. I may have to combine products, but I would rather take one brand that does it all, if there is such a product.

Officially a Member of the We Do Not Care Club™… Except I DO Care About Not Sweating to Death. If you know, you know. I’m a proud card carrying member of the We Do Not Care Club™ of perimenopause. My filter is gone just like my internal thermostat, my patience is questionable and I refuse to apologize for parking myself in the walk in cooler at Costco for “just a minute.” Before this, my hot flashes were next level. Not “I’m a little warm.” But more so “Did someone secretly replace the sun with a flamethrower?” My face would turn bright red, my scalp would be dripping and don’t even get me started on under boob sweat. I’d find myself planning my grocery route and gatheringa around the refrigerated aisles and thermostat settings seriously considering whether it would be socially acceptable to linger in the walk in cooler at the convenience store or lower the thermostat to 62 degrees. I bought this fully expecting it to join the ever growing graveyard of menopause products that overpromise and underdeliver. To my surprise… it actually helped. After 2 days I kid you not, I noticed I wasn’t constantly melting. The hot flashes have become less frequent and, more importantly, less intense. I can walk around outside, do housework, or go shopping without looking like I’d just completed a marathon in Death Valley. Sure I had perspiration, but I wasn’t DRIPPING! Is it a miracle? No. I’m still in perimenopause, and Mother Nature still likes to remind me who’s in charge. But… it’s a big improvement.
