This was well worth purchasing. I use it with infinite shine nail varnish (which in itself is great quality and lasts well) but it lasts so much better using this base and top coat. Easy to apply and dries really quickly

These are the only base and top coat I ever use now. They make almost any nail varnish last much better and if used in conjunction with the correct OPI nail varnish I can get almost 2 weeks wear out of my manicure. The top coat dries quite quickly. Given how much longer they make your polish last I think they are well worth the money.

Great product, well worth the price

I have always bought opi as my nail varnish because it was long wearing and didn’t chip for the longest time. I bought these two with a pack of 4 small opi’s. The base and top coats went on smoothly and dried fast, the small colour pot went on with only one coat needed. However, after just one day one of my nails has already chipped and looks very messy. Not what I expect from opi.

These products, when used together, are fantastic. I used to really struggle between wanting the durability of gel but the ease of regular nail polish - this is the middle ground. There are some reviews for this product saying that it still chips, it still creases etc, but that’s not an issue I’ve faced with these. When used properly, my nails last a week minimum - I usually get bored of the colour before they begin to chip! I think it just needs to be accepted that if you want this to work well, you need to realise it takes time. Two coats of the base, making sure it’s dry in between, then *thin* layers of your nail polish, again letting it dry between, before two coats of the top coat and be careful whilst they dry fully (about an hour, it takes TIME). It works best with OPI polish, as you’d expect, but I’ve had good results with other brands as well like Essie. Would absolutely recommend!

Easy to apply. The base coat seemed to improve the application of the colour and the top coat gave a nice shine. After 5 days my nails still look pretty good.

You will never get a better system for at home nail painting. Infinite shine if done correctly is often more durable than gel. It looks a lot more natural preserving the shape and details of the nails while still looking as flawless and eye catching as gel. You of course have to stick to using only infinite shine colors for the step two but they always end up looking AMAZING. It will last a month easily without chipping at all. Very easy to touch up. It just makes nails pop so nicely. Very very worth it! Although I will say that you should be sure to buy some bail polish thinner (any brand) because this stuff dries up very very quickly and will get thick and goopy in the bottle. Easily solved by periodically adding a few drops of thinner to the step 1 and 3 butalso colors. I really really like how the colors and finish pop just as nicely as gel polish, but without the hassle of uv lights. It's easier to correct mistakes too. And yet you can still see the exact shape of the nails without the thick "pressed on" look.

Ich habe das OPI Infinite Shine Set mit Base Coat und Top Coat getestet und bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Konsistenz ist angenehm – recht flüssig – und lässt sich so sehr gleichmäßig auftragen. Mit zwei dünnen Farbschichten in Kombination mit Base und Top Coat wirkt das Ergebnis sehr professionell. Der Glanz hält viele Tage intensiv an und die Nägel wirken deutlich härter als mit "normalem Lack". Auch trocknet der Lack innerhalb weniger Minuten. Zur Haltbarkeit: Bei mir hat der Lack etwa 10-14 Tage ohne Absplitterungen gehalten. An den Spitzen gab es gegen Ende leichte Abnutzung, aber insgesamt deutlich länger als herkömmlicher Nagellack. Besonders im Alltag (Haushalt, Tippen, Händewaschen) hat er sich gut bewährt. Das Entfernen funktioniert problemlos mit normalem Nagellackentferner, was ich im Vergleich zu klassischem Gel-Lack oder Shellack als großen Vorteil empfinde. Preislich liegt das Produkt etwas höher, aber die Qualität und das Ergebnis rechtfertigen es meiner Meinung nach. Wer einen langanhaltenden, glänzenden Lack in sehr guter Qualität sucht, macht hier nichts falsch. Klare Empfehlung. Ich werde ihn auf jeden Fall nachbestellen.

I have been using Opi professional gel but honestly got tired of the gel lamp and process. This product lasts ALMOST as long but is easier to spot fix and remove (naturally) I think it’s a great polish, better then others I have used. I will keep buying the infinite shine line.
