It’s a nice sweet strawberry jam nice on toast

Very odd texture, opening the jar it had a strong water smell and was full of large bubbles. Unlike jam usually that is gloopy-this was very thick and had to be ‘cut’ from the jar. Hard to spread initially but on warm toast it quickly was smooth like ‘jam’. It was VERY sweet. I like sweet, but this was like a spoon of sugar. Advice for ordering-a number commented on broken jars. Mine was 100% good as came in box with a number of other items, so order enough for a box!

Consigli d'uso: La trovo perfetta non solo sui crostini o sulle fette biscottate, ma anche mescolata allo yogurt bianco per una merenda veloce.
