Effective tool. High quality. easy use.
Wow! Best purchase ever. I’ve been using it for about three weeks and am getting a lot of overdue items off my list. It’s really helped reduce the thought load I’ve been carrying and I’m prioritizing much better now. I love the weekly intention and the flexibility of customizing each week as I need. I use the opposing side of the previous day as a note taker or thoughts page. Just get it and stop overthinking. Done✅

Finding Zen in Productivity - Great Holistic planner!
This weekly planner isn't just a tool for organization—it's a pathway to finding Zen amidst life's chaos. From the moment I laid eyes on its serene design, I knew this planner was something special. The layout is spacious and inviting, providing ample room to jot down tasks, appointments, and even moments of gratitude. What sets this planner apart is its ability to seamlessly blend productivity with mindfulness. Each page feels like a canvas for creativity and intention-setting. From the soothing color scheme to the inspirational quotes sprinkled throughout, every detail has been carefully crafted to evoke a sense of calm. But beyond its aesthetics, this planner excels in functionality. The weekly layout is intuitive and practical, allowing me to plan my days with ease. The paper quality is superb, ensuring that my thoughts flow effortlessly onto the page without any ink smudges. What truly resonates with me is the planner's emphasis on balance. Alongside task lists and schedules, there are dedicated sections for reflection and goal-setting. It's a gentle reminder to prioritize self-care and personal growth amidst the hustle and bustle of daily life. Incorporating Zen principles into my productivity routine has been a game-changer, and this planner has been instrumental in that journey. If you're searching for a tool that not only keeps you organized but also nurtures your inner calm, look no further—this weekly planner is a true gem.

For Those Who Struggle (adhd)
I have severe adhd. My psych years ago told me my testing was 3 standard deviations from normal (the one where they track your eye movements while you take a test). I have struggled all my life with planning and organization, while being a pretty high performing person. I run on stress, it's not great. I have had this for months now and while I do not use it every week (because who am I kidding?) - I DO pull this one out when I know I have an overwhelming week ahead of me, and it DOES really help. I love the layout, the horizontal design is somehow easier for me to conceptualize, and I really appreciate it being un-dated (so I can use it when needed without wasting paper or a whole book). If any of this sounds like you - this is the one. I have tried many planners over the years, and this is it. I review products for a living. I rarely leave reviews these days that are not part of my job. I am doing it now with this planner, because I do think this could potentially help someone else if you struggle with these things and have a chaotic and crazy brain like I do. Quality wise its also very nice, it was packaged well in a gift box if I remember correctly, and the motivational quotes on each page are a nice touch. There's also graph paper dots on the back of every page for additional notes.

ALMOST perfect. Needs a few adjustments.
ALMOST perfect. I really love the layout of this planner. It has exactly everything I need on it. As far as specific contents go, this one nails it for those of us who are trying to keep our planning minimal. It’s simple, clear and concise. However, there are a few things I would change. 1) the paper color is cream, not white, I think I would prefer white paper if there was an option. 2) It’s just a *little* too small. I like the size of the notebook but the lines require tiny handwriting. If it were maybe an inch longer, everything could be spread out a little better to make for more space. 3) I would love it if the text and lines were less bold, or more faint. The harsh black is a little distracting and I prefer lines that are subtle, making for less visual noise. I’m particular about my planners, and I would think this one was perfect if it weren’t for those three things. It would also be nice if it came in a few other colors. Here it is compared to the Ink and Volt Dashboard planner. The paper feels nice so far, but since I haven’t tried it yet I’m not sure if ink will bleed through it or not.

Lefties - this is it. (I mean left-handed people).
This is what I've been searching for in a planner! I've tried many different planners, as well as planning/goal/calendar apps, and ultimately have chucked them after the honeymoon phase withered away. One might think that the Zen & Flow planner will follow suit. But here's what's different: 1) Most importantly, since I'm left-handed, I have a difficult time with real-world organizers that don't open completely and lay flat. But there's more—spiral ringed media has always vexed me as well. I would lose a couple of inches of writing space trying to avoid the spirals. Don't even get me started on the smearing I had to endure. Well, Zen & Flow elegantly addresses that issue by moving the spiral to the top. Voilá, now it doesn't matter if you're lefty loosy or a righty tighty! 2) One of the things that I found ironic about most of the "productive tools" that I've used is that it sometimes takes longer to fill out the planner than to do the actual work! I have sheepishly found myself adding tasks into the calendar after the fact, just to have a complete record of my doings. Apps are even more infuriating, as they make it difficult to get your data in a readable format, should you toy with the idea of alternatives. Zen & Flow to the rescue! The critical elements have been kept, while the fluff has been vacuumed. I love having an overview of my whole week on one page, with just enough accountability nudges to make it fun, but not so many that you want to go back to bed and throw the covers over yourself until next spring. 3) Simplicity. Have you been to a grocery store in the past decade? If so, have you stood in front of the yoghurts/cereals/hard seltzers/fill-in-the-blanks and just succumbed to complete analysis paralysis? Well the same happens with planners. There are so many different choices between styles, themes, colors, etc., that you can spend an entire day comparing and contrasting and then that same night second-guessing your choice. Zen & Flow nailed it by sticking with one product. In one color. Period. That's it. Would I like to see a few more colors offered? Sure - but is that really a roadblock to my success. I think not. P.S. This was not written using AI. Or was it? P.P.S. I did not include photos. There are already a number of good ones, and it's a planner, for chrissakes, not my firstborn child. P.P.P.S. I hope I've done an Aussie company proud with this review (shameless plug).

Love it! So well thought out and handy to use. Love the paper, will buy again
Love it! I recently purchased this Zen&Flow journal from Amazon, and it has been an absolute delight. The journal arrived in a beautifully crafted box, perfect for gifting to someone special. Accompanying the journal was a thoughtful card filled with practical tips for self-rejuvenation, which I found to be a lovely touch. The journal itself is made of high-quality paper that's a pleasure to write on, enhancing the daily journaling experience. The author has evidently put considerable thought into the design, focusing on how to make each day as productive and organized as possible. Each page is adorned with unique quotes that inspire and motivate. I particularly appreciate the undated pages, allowing me the flexibility to write at my own pace without the pressure of adhering to a strict schedule. This feature ensures that no page is ever wasted, even if I miss a week of entries. I wholeheartedly recommend this journal to anyone seeking a structured yet flexible tool for daily planning and reflection. It's a purchase I would gladly repeat.

Good quality! Double layered cover!
I really liked this planner. I love that the cover is a little thicker. As you can see in the picture, the green which is the Zen & Flow planner is double layered which makes it a lot sturdier than the black planner I have that is from another brand. Makes it a whole lot easier to maintain and carry around without worrying about the pages getting damaged. I also like that it doesn't feel crowded with sections. Some planners feel overwhelming with the amount of lists and lines that you can fill. This is perfect for someone who wants to be more organized with their week and keep up with some tasks and goals!

Absolutely beautiful and the perfect companion!
As someone who thrives on organization and planning, I’ve tried my fair share of planners, but this weekly planner truly stands out. From the moment I opened it, I was impressed by how beautiful it looked!! Honestly the design is just so sleek and classy! I’ve found that using this planner has enabled me to stay on top of tasks, visually break down my week and make sure I’m not over-scheduling myself. If you’re looking for a well-designed, functional weekly planner that keeps you on track without overwhelming you with unnecessary extras, I highly recommend this one!!

High quality planner
This planner is so nice to use. The paper is thick and feels luxurious to write on and the size is perfect. The packaging feels high end so it would make a great gift for Christmas or someone starting a new job. Love it!
