I'm no TV expert, so i'm just going to be brielf. It's a hefty piece of kit, taking two people to get it out of the box and attach the stand. But once this was done the set up was as easy as you could want.It has a stunning picture. It took some tweaking in the settings to get it to my tastes, but it was worth the effort. The sound is very tinny from the TVs speakers, but I've found that that's the case with every set i've every owned, so I won't mark it down for this. I just paired it up with a Samsung soundbar for a richer and deeper sound experience.

Excellent picture quality and great value. Unlike some reviewers mine came with UK plug and 2 remote controls though I only use the smart one. Set up process was straightforward, though using only a Sky Box some of the processes and ‘smart features ‘ were unnecessary for me. Overall very pleased with this purchase and would definitely recommend.

television came within described timeline.Out of the box it had a fault with sound immediately.I spoke to Samsung service and had to reset tv and this initially solved problem, but it came back.given that this was a £700 pound TV I didnt want to accept a faulty tv, and this is where the problem started.Seller tried to make me deal with Samsung as tv was faulty, but samsung rightly said that it was within 28 days and they should replace.Seller was clearly not keen to get TV returned and my interactions with them felt as if I was almost having to plead to get a working tv.I asked for a replacement and they said they didnt want to issue one "in case it had the same fault", well if you are selling faulty tvs then that is quite concerning.I wanted to return the tv, they wanted me to pay for the return.Its faulty so is not my responsibility I say, they say but you live so far away from us and it would be easier if you dropped it off, well you sell on amazon uk wide so thats a bit concerning.I latterly bought a new and working one from Argos, boxed up their one and they couriered it back.Still got one further phone call from them complaining that they couldnt find a fault which I politely pointed out was due to it being intermittent as I had always indicated.In conclusion I would suggest you tread carefully when dealing with this company as their customer service is questionable at best.

Nice TV, great price

The TV is fine - excellent picture & sound. Easy to fix stand to tv.However supplier should check where TV is being sent. This TV was clearly intended for delivery to Eastern Europe. The supplied cable was a 2 pin plug (rather than uk 3 pin plug). Had to get a 2 to 3 pin adaptor. Also when going through the tv set up the countries listed were East European! Had to select other countries to proceed.

Out of the box everything was good. Picture and sound fine but with all the adjustments you could wish for if you want to perfect you viewing and listening experience. As normal with TV speakers, they are not as good as a decent soundbar but I ran a Dolby sound check from YouTube and the output was excellent, especially the bass. 4k video is spot on and all streaming channels have a decent picture. The only downside was terrestrial TV but I have an indoor aerial so maybe not the best signal.

Very happy. The tv arrived a day earlier than expected the delivery chaps were really helpful and they carried the tv up two flights of stairs to our flat. As my husband has had a stroke we were waiting for our daughter to come and set it up but got impatient and thought we’d have a go ourselves. Very easy to set up and the tv is brilliant. Still trying to figure out how to connect our BT vision box as the connections look different to our old tv but I’m sure it’ll be fine. Not bad for a couple who are nearly 80 though.

After my 8 year old Sony 4K LED TV died and needed replacing I am amazed at just how much TVs have moved on. QLED with full array backlighting gives a substantially better picture quality- honestly it's almost like looking through a window, really vibrant colour, and great contrast in the blacks. Movies really do pop, and I'll be revisiting some of my favourites that really show this TV off. The native sound quality of the TV is great, also an improvement over my last TV. Navigating through menus is very quick to respond, and opening up streaming services occurs in seconds. Very happy, and this seller was able to give next day delivery so I could be sure I could be in to take delivery.
