I legitimately feel a difference when I'm taking these. The vanilla coating makes them much easier to take (the ones without the coating taste like garbage juice). Worth the cost for the difference I feel. No unpleasant side effects, I take them with other supplements and have no issues. I've even noticed an uptick in my energy overall, which is helpful as I attempt to lose weight.

Great all around multivitamin for active men. I have been using them for 20+ years and has contributed to good health well into my 60's.

These are the best. Been taking them for 15+ years now. There is a noticeable difference in days with them, and without. They taste okay while they sit on your tongue for water or what ever, but any longer and they are foul. Pills aren't that big, bigger than your capsule size though.

Good product and better price then GNC.
