The bottle says 550mg, serving size 1, and 60 day supply. That would be two months but the heading says 30 day supply. Are they 275mg''s each ? or ?

From other replies, it is saying 550mg per tablet and you would take twice daily for a 30 day supply. My suggestion is to start off taking one tablet a day. I am taking it once a day and I notice the difference. I'm happy with the results and will continue taking it once a day. The other benefit it will cut my costs in half. There is a "Best By" Date to the right of the Supplement Facts label. It should be on your bottle as well. FC
