If you need a controlled serving of Ashwagandha, then this additive-free version is the one to buy.
Ashwagandha works for me, but it won't necessarily work for everyone, so, you've just got to try-it, but just make sure that you purchase the branded KSM66® derivative of Ashwagandha. Then, as long as you don’t suffer any adverse effects, you’ve just got to try-it ‘consistently’ (without a break) and for ‘long enough’; as Ashwagandha can take a while to work and is what’s known as an ‘adaptogenic’, and these adaptogens can ‘assist’ the body with stress and fatigue-like symptoms. If you’ve never tried this before now, I’d try this Ashwagandha for at-least four weeks; but I’d use-up the entire pot, however much you’re choosing to consume per-day; (one or two, for which the latter is ‘still’ enough to last four weeks) but always, always, always check with your medical practitioner, that it’s okay for you to administer this supplement (or any supplement for that matter) prior-to even ordering the said product. If you don’t notice any differences once all of the contents have been consumed; try stopping for a sufficiently long enough time-scale, to see if there are any subconscious changes that you were previously unaware-of; as I notice (for example) that I get my full-quota of ‘deep-sleep’, which only seeks-to ‘support’ all aspects of my daily life; including those relating-to stressful situations. If this is going-to work for you, this product can only help to ‘support’ you; but it cannot ‘solve’ any underlying issues which are at the root of your personal and unique build-up of unhealthy excess stress. Breathing exercises and the minutest of changes to your lifestyle (so that hardly know was a change, and for which you can do for little, to no extra cost per-day) could result-in a more positive difference than you were possibly expecting. Ashwagandha is one such change, and containing ‘nothing’ other-than Ashwagandha itself, other-than the capsule shell that it’s contained within, (there’s no additives or bulking-agents, etc) then this very controlled delivery of Ashwagandha (so that you can check your consumption, and there’s also no measuring) from a reputable brand; is always the best choice. I rarely give five-stars nowadays, because there’s usually always a sticking-point or a deal-breaker to curb my enthusiasm; but other-than possibly the price; (because it’s changeable) there are no such issues. So, if you need, and can safely consume Ashwagandha; then always purchase an additive-free version of the Ashwagandha KSM66® derivative, to have the very best chance of success.

KSM66 is a better process and better version, worth reading up
I looked at the dosage of these capsules and the contents and was very comfortable writing a review based on my taking these. KSM 66 Ashwagandha has a more involved process with the extract that gives a higher potency, better quality supplement. All good quality items do cost more in the long run, but with some, you just have to make a personal choice on what level of supplement you are looking for. I take a number of supplements in the morning with water, that has included ashwagandha for some time, maybe around 1 year. This quality of supplement is where i would like to be with the KSM66 version, so i am really happy to be able to review it. Whilst the benefits cannot be accurately identified in my well being, the combination of supplements i do take, i believe are helping me with my enery levels, wellness in general and my mindset and general manner is better than it has been, so i feel good using my supplements. Lots of information available online about what various supplements can offer an individual based on their indvidiual health status, so i would always recommend checking that you are suitable for things you may have never taken before. overall very happy with these, as i know they are good quality, would have loved a longer supply.

I got this for sleep .......and
Ashawagandha is one of those many plant products that have been shown to possibly help with many areas of our lives. The research shows sleep as one such area it can support. This one shows the source is from India and then packed in the UK. There is no claim of the product being Organic produce however. The other thing I would like to see is some kind of certified third party testing for quality and purity. Sadly no claims are made on the packaging. The manufacturer though has been around for a long time and does have a good reputation on Trust Pilot of 4.8 from nearly 9000 reviews. The quality looks good and after taking this for about a week i can honestly say that it has been the best week of sleep i have had for some time. I would normally wake 3 or more times in the night (but always got back to sleep quickly) however just 2 waking periods are now typical from the last week of trialing this. That alone gives me the confidence to rate this very highly. I am waking feeling more rested than before which also seems to be helping my overall stress levels too. I will finish the course and update, but for now delighted so far and at the price currently around £19 for a 2 month supply also offers good value too in my view. Be aware that this dosage seems quite high so starting slow may be a good option. It is rare however to have side effects from Ashwagandah so most should be ok. Do your own research of course but an easy capsule to take and swallow no bad taste issues and so has to rate a 4* supplement. If the product was Organic and third party tested then it would be an easy 5*👍

INutri Advanced makes great , trustworthy supplements that I have used for many years,.
NO ,i don't work for them but they do make high quality supplements . I have used the and other companies for many years and find their stuff always good quality . It costs to make good supplements. I do not always like their formulations as they are too loo for me sometimes but overall, great. Ashwaganda is something I use a lot for myself and other and find it excellent for calming, for sleep and for general wide awake well being. I have not tried this form before so I was really happy to give it a try The for is KMS66 and it is supposed to be to Ashwaganda what Ubiquinol is to Q10.. A more potent and absorb able form. There has not be time yet to see if it makes a personal difference for me but I will post back when I have finished the pot. Good value for good , pure stuff.

Works well
I have been using ashwagandha for a while so I thought I'd try these. The Nutri Advanced - Ashwagandha is very good so far and I am happy I have had the chance to try them out. The capsules are easy to take as they are standard size for capsules, not too big, and they don't have much of a taste or aftertaste. These capsules have 500mg of ashwagandha within them which is working well for me. I tend to take ashwagandha at times I want help to relax or before bed and these have helped me feel calmer in these instances. With 60 capsules in a pack these will last a few months which I feel is good value for money. I am happy with these capsules and I would order from this brand again.

500mg practitioner brand
This review is for the Nutri Advanced - Ashwagandha 500mg - Stress Support - 60 Capsules. I was extremely pleased to be able to order this product to review as I am a registered NT and I recognise the brand as a practitioner brand. I’ve been aware of Ashwagandha for a while now and recognise its benefits in practice. Having tried this version, I am impressed with the product. This product comes in a sealed plastic bottle and I love that it comes from a UK Brand and I appreciate that it’s free from other unnecessary additives. The 500 mg capsules are easy to swallow and don’t have any unpleasant aftertaste, which is sometimes a concern with supplements. The investment is a bit higher compared to other brands, but it is a recognised practitioner brand and considering the quality, I believe it could be worth it.

A Natural Solution for Stress and Balance
These Ashwagandha capsules from Nutri Advanced have been a great addition to my daily routine, especially during particularly stressful times. With 500mg per capsule, the potency feels just right—it’s strong enough to make a noticeable difference without any unpleasant side effects. After taking them consistently for a few weeks, I’ve found that my stress levels feel more manageable, and I’m generally feeling more balanced and less on edge. I take one capsule in the morning, and it helps me start the day with a clearer head. I’ve also noticed I’m sleeping better, which is probably because I’m less wound up during the day. As a dad to a little one, sleep can be rare and precious, so anything that supports better rest is a huge plus in my book. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I haven’t noticed any odd taste or aftertaste. I also appreciate that it’s a natural way to support stress, which feels much better than resorting to something more chemical-heavy. Pros: Noticeable improvement in stress levels and a general sense of calm. Supports better sleep quality, helping to unwind at night. Easy-to-swallow capsules with no aftertaste. Natural solution, avoiding harsher alternatives. Cons: Takes a couple of weeks to feel the full effects, so you need some patience. The capsules are slightly on the larger side, which might be tricky for some. If you’re looking for a natural way to support your stress levels and overall well-being, these Ashwagandha capsules are a solid choice. They’ve definitely helped me keep a more balanced mood and made those busier days feel a lot less overwhelming.
