Description says size 9C, I'm guessing this means a small plant delivered in a 9cm pot, can anyone confirm please?

The description is correct, however when you plant them out you will find these plants grow quite quickly.

This shrub likes sun or partial sun and can generally grow up to 2 feet high approximately and 2 feet wide, but have seen them larger than this, but of course you can trim it to be more compact if you wish.

Which aspect suits this plant?

I have mine planted against a north facing fence in ordinary clay soil, and it has thrived! I find euphorbias do well generally in some shade and fairly high rainfall.
