NEENCA Professional Knee Brace, Hinged Knee Support for Women & Men Relief

I really could not be more happy with this brace. I have a severe meniscus tear, and needed something to really stabilize my entire knee area. I tried a number of braces before getting this one, and all of them were much more expensive. The other braces did not work well for me. They were either too flimsy or fell down on my leg, some even hurt which is something I definitely do not need. I really like that this is a sleeve you pull on. Yes, you need to take the time to measure to get an accurate fit, but the payoff is that you don’t have velcro straps going around your leg. The velcro straps on the other braces caused constant irritation. Even when the velcro was not hitting my skin, I got irritation from the strap. I had an intense itching rash from one brace with straps. So this sleeve that you pull up eliminates all of that because the only thing touching your skin is the sleeve. This brace fits well on me and is comfortable, and does not slide down my leg when walking. The brace provides a great deal of stability in the joint. I can maneuver easily in it without fear of hurting myself. The hinges on the side are well made and move easily. It is made out of quality material and the velcro seems medical grade. It will clearly last a very long time. It is also easy to adjust it if you need to using the velcro. I would suggest getting it a little larger size if you are on the cusp of sizes. Additionally, I emailed customer support with a bunch of questionsI had. They got back to me quickly and went over things well so that I had a better understanding of using it etc. So there is also really solid customer support if you need it. Overall I am so happy I found this brace. It is working so well for me, and the braces I tried before this one were two to three times as much as this one. This is an excellent brace and an amazing price!

I have a 30yr old ACL injury coming back to haunt me as I decided to pick up pickleball. My brain still thinks I'm 20 but my bones insist otherwise. I tried several of the normal elastic braces but they did near nothing for support. I remembered the post-surgery brace I'd had after my acl and how it had metal stabilizer bars and hinges. after a short search I found the neenca brand. Its a bit more than the others butnis worth funding. It doesnt completely eliminate my concerns but certainly mitigates a lot of stress, mental and physical. It is a well made product with large strong staps. The metal hinges are well built, with no plastic gears but are behind a plastic cover. It's comfortable and when I'm playing I dont notice it. If you have a problem with hyper extension this brace may not serve your need. It does allow full movement and is designed to provide lateral support. That said, a clever person could probably figure a way to restrict the gear movement. Also, order a size bigger than the fitment chart. I ordered a large, I'm 5-11 200lb and I dont have fat knees. It fits more tight than loose. If this ever does wear out, I'll be ordering another.

I have osteoarthritis and past surgery in high school for torn ligaments, meniscus, patella AND more recently an ACL tear all on my right knee. I walk a lot, ride a bicycle distances of 20-100 miles, do gym cardio and weight work outs and dance 1-3 nights a week. My knee is slowly getting worse and limiting my activity and causing more support need. THIS brace is the heaviest, bulky (shows up as a brace under pants), more cumbersome and restrictive of all my store bought braces I own, but for support when my knee is at its worst-it is the only one that will allow me to dance/walk. Cycling, gym , cardio workouts (cycle, eliptical, row) I can still get by with lighter braces. This brace is very supportive and does its job but as mentioned is limiting and has some draw backs. BUT if I want to do the activity with my knee acting up-this is my go to. So I evaluate the status of my knee on whether any brace is needed that day/activity or which brace I need to wear and take the lowest level one to put on and take a higher end restrictive one with me as back up in case. So yes this is a good brace for what it does. Only other issue-I sweat a lot if dancing or walking a lot outside when hot-not so sure how good this will hand wash (get odor out) and keep hinges good over time but heck will buy another by that time if needed. So far due to cooler , less intense dancing, and infrequent physical support need- have not had to wash it. However I anticipate I will be wearing this brace more and more (until knee surgery becomes necessary). Good for what it does if needed at a higher level before getting a prescribed brace, etc. .

I tried many knee braces & most were not knee braces at all. This one provides the support that my ailing knee needed. Others on here say it runs small & order one size larger - I say no, go by their sizing. The problem with these braces is that if you start out too loose it will only get worse. The first few times it's harder to get on because it's quite tight, but as you wear any knee brace the material will loosen up. If you start out tight it will stretch with your movements & remain firm. The hinges are really good for support on painful injuries, and it is long enough & tight enough to give anyone with a bad knee the support that is required to keep moving & heal at the same time. I highly recommend this brace & feel I finally found one that I can rely on through the years as my knees get older & worse.

Does the job somewhat. The top and bottom can get tight, but when you tighten them, the brace gets loose around the knee itself. I have a compression sleeve that gives more stability.

I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT, AND I WILL RECOMMEND IT TO THE APPROPRIATE PATIENTS, AND FOR THOSE WHO’S INSURANCE WILL NOT COVER A CUSTOM BRACE THAT THEY CANNOT AFFORD. I TRULY FEEL THIS IS AS CLOSE TO A CUSTOM BRACE THAT YOU WILL FIND. THE DESIGN, THE SOLID CONSTRUCTIONS, THE PROFESSIONAL VELCRO, THE BRACE IS NOT BULKY, HELPS ALL ASPECTS OF THE KNEE, IS SUPER CHEAP COMPARED TO THE COST OF A CUSTOM BRACE. I'm pleasantly surprised by how well this product works. I have an MCL injury to my left knee. I decided to ger a knee brace to stabilize the knee while I wait for an MRI and an appointment with an orthopedic guy. The brace works. It feels tight and supportive, but not uncomfortable. There is no sensation in the knee while walking with the brace on. It is shocking when something actually works as advertised.

this is a very good product. it is well made and strong. the metal sides offer excellent support and the construction-design make it easy to put on...it has greatly helped my presumed torn something in my knee. if you are unfortunate enough to ...need one ....for your knee...this is a really good one.
