Does this have a lanyard loop?

It doesn’t that I know of. That being said it is my favorite EDC mulit-tool and I have them all. The P4 might have a lanyard loop.

when will it come in black?

Currently, Leatherman does not have plans for color variations in the FREE series. That may change in the future, but any potential cosmetic changes to the product will not happen for at least a year, likely longer.
