Great brand with Kaneka seal
I've tried other brands and I keep coming back to NOW for it's quality and price. This form of Ubiquinol has the Kaneka seal, which I always check to make sure is listed on the label for the purity and quality of the product. When you've taking something for your heart you don't want to skimp.

Ubiquinol recommended by heart doctor.
I have been using this product for about six months. I like the size of the gel capsules. My heart doctor recommended taking ubiquinol. I think this is a quality product.

Steady ubiquinol that feels genuinely supportive.
TL;DR: Smooth softgels, no stomach upset, and a clean, reliable way to keep daily CoQ10 support consistent.I moved over to this ubiquinol after wanting something that felt a little more trustworthy for everyday heart and energy support, and this one has been a solid upgrade. The softgels are small, easy to swallow, and never leave any taste behind. What really stands out is how gentle it feels. Some supplements sit heavy or make the morning feel off, but this one settles quietly, even when I take it with my first meal. Ubiquinol is the active form of CoQ10, so it’s already in a form your body can use, and that’s exactly why I like it. Instead of feeling like something I have to work around, it feels like something that blends into daily life naturally instead of pulling attention. It’s a clean formula with no strange additives, which is a big reason I trust it.After switching from Nutricost, I noticed this one feels more consistent day to day. My energy has a calmer rhythm instead of feeling like it dips hard in the middle of busy afternoons. It’s not a boost or a stimulant, just a smoother feeling that makes long days a little easier. I also like how predictable it is with the rest of my supplement stack. Nothing clashes, nothing feels too strong, and it doesn’t leave any discomfort. When you’re trying to take care of your heart and support your energy production, little things like that add up. NOW Foods has always been one of the brands I rely on, and this bottle fits that same steady reputation. What I appreciate most is that it feels reliable. Day after day, it behaves the same, and that gives me confidence to stick with it long term. Sometimes consistency is the real benefit.Tip: If you keep a small notebook for your wellness routine, jot down the date you started taking this so you can look back later and notice the subtle changes you might overlook in the moment.Hope this helps! =)

Absolutely No Idea
In my research of supplements this is the one to take. A new and usable form of CoQ10 that is supposed to slow the aging process along with other benefits. Of course as with the standard CoQ10 a healthy person will feel no difference when taking it daily. Maybe if you live until 110 you'll know it worked. I feel no ill feelings and have used numerous NOW products. I trust them.Just a few claims:Help to keep blood from clotting abnormally (Pharmacology & TherapeuticsMay improve function and reduce fatigue among people suffering from neuromuscular disordersShows promise for Parkinson's disease as an early-stage treatment (Neurotoxin Research 4/2/10 online)May be able to counteract abnormal brain deposits found in Alzheimer's disease (Journal of Molecular Neuroscience 5/10)May be beneficial in treating fibromyalgia and male infertilitySedentary men showed improved exercise performance (Journal of Strength & Conditioning Research 1/10)Help with skin cell repair in wounds and may help repair and protect skin against wrinkling (BioFactors 9-10/09)

Cured my PVCs
I can't take the only two medications used to treat PVCs. (I get bad side effects with both.) A friend turned me onto this, and I'm so glad she did. Ubiquinol is easy to take (smooth, small gel-cap type pills), and it calmed my ticker right down. I take this every day now.

If you take Statins, this works
If you are looking into CoQ because you started taking statins and a few weeks later began getting insane DOMS after leg day, I can assure you that muscle pain isn’t an adjustment issue, it doesn’t go away and yes this stuff works (which is exactly what the data says for x% of statin patients… which is probably the same number of statin users doing serious resistance work). I have cycled on and off 4 times over a year to confirm I wasn’t eating snake oil, Ubiquinol definitely works. Cheaper CoQ (from any vendor) works less than half as well (for me). I would remove protein and creatine (involuntarily) before I stopped taking ubiquinol, on Statins it just isn’t optional for me.
