I've been having back/hip pain, and the chiropractor said I need to make sure I sit more on the back of my legs and not so much on my tail bone. I ordered one for my car since I commute over 1/2 hour each way, and it really helped me not feel so painful after my drive. I had a different one on my desk chair, but it was too thick and it never felt comfortable. So I decided to try this one on my desk chair, and what a difference it made! My posture was much better because it was just enough to tilt my pelvis forward without sliding forward, and it's not too thick or squishy. It's firm enough, but with just enough pressure relief, to be comfortable to sit all day, and I have less back pain. So I had to buy a second one rather than move it back and forth from my car to my desk. Would recommend this to anyone who is struggling with back pain and needs to improve their posture to get relief.

This seat cushion was just what I was looking for. I have back pain and my therapist suggested that when I’m sitting my butt should be higher than my knees. This cushion is perfect while driving or even as a passenger for long drives. It does make a difference. The size was good for me but (I’m fairly small) you may want the larger one.

I never buy another seat cushion!! I can’t sit in a bucket seat and both my daughter’s cars have them. This is super comfy AND provides a more even surface. I’ve purchased 2!! ♥️

I tried other popular car seat cushions on Amazon but this one was the winner for me. I've been using it for about 2 months and it solved my back and leg pain. Unfortunately, my car seats are designed in a way that throws off my alignment and I drive a lot so it was beginning to really affect me. I couldn't even walk some days. This car seat changed that. The memory foam is firm enough to provide the support I need. The cut out in the middle is less wide than other brands, so I still feel supported. The thickness is perfect because it's not too high, so my legs still touch the seat without a gap. Also, the material is smooth so it's easy to slide in and out. The strap keeps it in place and doesn't harm leather car seats. It did take me a week to get used to it, but once I used it consistently, my body adapted to it and I haven't had any back problems since then. The one negative is it does get hot (they didn't offer a gel version for the "wedge" style at the time I bought this) so I keep a small towel in the car and use that when it's too hot. Sitting on the towel blocks the heat so it solves the problem. So overall, I'm very happy with this car seat and it's a must-have for me as long as I have this particular car.

The cover has a vinyl feel, not leatherette as described in the product description. I bought both beige and black covers and both have the same type of cover. The foam is pretty comfortable. The back part of the wedge is not as high as some other cushions, which could be good or bad depending on your wishes.

Great cushion, instantly stopped hip pain I had before I bought one and worked so well I bought a second one. I use one in my car and the second one for my recliner.
